“Very friendly, accomodating drive thru person“

“I came here once and never stopped coming back. For an introvert like me the drive thru is so amazing to offer! I eat here pretty much daily, a lot of times twice a day. The service is so extremely friendly and warming, and all the food is absolutely delicious. Ready in no time and doesn’t break the bank. Pictured here are the taco cheese fries. Thank you for such wonderful food that is ready so fast, prepared by friendly people, And makes me feel at home. This place is my favorite and I’m so grateful you’re in business“

“😊Everytime I visit this location it is never busy. However I have noticed everytime that it is extremely clean. So much so at my last visit I asked where the glass went above the food and was surprised to be told it is there. Never has glass been so clean it was invisible, lol 😮WoW.
👍Employees are usually friendly and do their jobs. 😟However upon my last visit recently, undercover to review hmm, the manager was helping a new employee and I found him to be blah or meh. 😵‍💫No issues besides it was like his personality stayed home that day. Just due to that I had to rate 4 stars. Everything else including my sandwich was good.😃“

“Wow, if you want to go to a super nice McDonald's then go here!! We went kinda after the supper rush and wow, the place was clean and staff was prompt. Food was hot and amazing, the soda didn't have a chlorine taste like most do.. they do a super job! A+!!“

“JM's is just amazing. Food tastes great and is made wicked fast. We did a pick up order and grabbed it at the drive thru...a few minutes before we were told to pick up as well. First time we ordered some cookies for the kiddos...must have been missed in the bag...but the staff gave us a call and got ahold of us before we were even out of the parking lot. “Food was ok, ask for light sauce there was too much sauce on the pizza for us. But the staff was nice and the food was hot. Place isn't updated for indoor dining , it's primarily a take out place. We always eat in. I just wish they would accommodate those who eat in.“

“Had a great experience at this McDonald's today. I met a young man working here named Connor. He had excellent customer service. He Came up to me and he asked if the food was okay and if there's anything that I may need. I asked for her to go back and he replied with is there anything else before he goes and I told him no. Comes back with the bag with a smile on his face. Tells me to have a nice day. Then he goes off making sure other customers are happy and settling in. This is good customer service and is needed in a lot of McDonald's. Give this guy a raise he deserves it. Recognize your hard workers and customer service skills. Just what brings more revenue to your restaurants“

“Whoppers are delicious! Use the mail coupon and its a good deal. Don't get cheese on it as that's an up charge🙄 and its good enough without. Drive through is better than going in. They make you use the kiosk or else wait long to talk to a real person, cmon I want to use a coupon so I need a real person. But food is delicious!“

“I have visited this Subway many times for lunch and dinner. They always make very tasty and fresh sandwiches with a smile. The new owner and manager are very nice people. The place is always clean and hygienic.

“I have ordered from this location several times. Too many times if I'm being honest... Delivery and through the drive thru. Every time is incredible. Hot, fresh, friendly team and people who go out of their way to ensure great customer service. Today, I called at 3:50 am to ask when breakfast would be available on delivery sites and Jen, the morning manager, was helpful and so kind. I received my order, fresh and hot, with a little extra treat, hot coffee (much needed) and apple pies. As the GM of a fast food restaurant, myself, THIS is what I look for in a manager.
