“To me Bruno's has the best cheese steak around. Bring born and raised in Philly every place I've lived and/or worked I search for good cheese steaks and seems most places put their own twist.. thats cool but Bruno's gets it right.. especially that soft roll.. many don't realize how significant getting the bread right is ! I do wish they had pepperoni there.. pepperoni cheese steak was my go to when I was a teenager.. but I digress. Again not knocking other places on their sandwiches because I've had some that really piled on the meat but making a cheese steak with the pizza dough isn't what I call a cheese steak.. more like a calzone. Bruno's cheese steak would fit right on in down in Philly“

“Rocco's is a nice little deli at 12th and Federal. I found this place through Yelp. Hoagies and sandwiches are $8-$12, sides and drinks are extra. They have a large selection of drinks and chips to go with your hoagie. Staff is friendly and food was prepared quickly. I ate there and the place was busy the whole time. Off street parking for around 8 cars. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!“
“Very friendly both employees. I was disappointed in the white wrap, as I wouldn't had known it was stale until I bit into it after leaving establishment. Was like eating through parchment paper. IF I were to get a wrap in future, I'd request to pull a wrap out that's underneath top.“
“Let me start off by saying this place operates like a well oiled machine. When you walk in they always great you in such a friendly way. The place is also spotlessly clean. There’s nothing more unappetizing than a dirty food establishment. This place doesn’t have that issue. Now for the food, the sandwich is delicious. The meats, veggies and bread taste like they were just received the same day. As well, you get a lot of meat on the sandwich and a little bit of lettuce, this is how it should be. Only gripe is that they are only open till 2PM and not on weekends.“
