First time here. The stuffed peppers & mashed potatoes were out of this world! All homemade. Worth the hour drive to Roots so I could happen across this place. 👍👍 waitstaff friendly & efficient.... 5 out of 5⭐️s
We passed by this place heading to our hotel and this captured my husband’s attention as he always loved like this kind of mom and pop restaurant. But this place is full packed of customers, you need to wait. Although waiting is worth as they really have good foods no wonder people from the neighborhood don’t like to cook snd just come here and relax…
This restaurant is amazing. I went for breakfast after staying at Mt Vernon Motel next door and I have never had such good pancakes in my life. I also had the group omelet which was really good, and the coffee was good as well. All around amazing.
