“The chicken is always hot and fresh. The only issue is they don't cook as much chicken so they tell people there's a 10-15 minute wait. I believe that its better to cook extra chicken during lunch and evening time instead of winging it out. This is a chicken place, so why would they tell people to wait, because they did not cook enough chicken for lunch and evening. They need to correct their orders as well because sometimes they are giving out custom pieces that I did not order. Learning to read is very important in a busy establishment like KFC.“
