So I ordered online and went in to pick it up… it wasn’t there. It took quite a few minutes to realize I never pressed order on my phone! Chyanne was so sweet about it! She came out to my car with me to check my phone! Then when I had to go back inside to actually order, she offered to bring it out to my car!
She turned my brain fart into an opportunity to go above and beyond and serve me! Great experience.
