This location is awesome, at least in my experience. Busloads of students stopping in unexpectedly after Mansfield University's musical for area K-12 districts, and the staff here didn't skip a beat. Orders were correct, staff handled the rush perfectly. The manager walked around checking that everything was correct, and talked to the students about if they liked the show. This is how I wish all fast food places would be!
I should start off by saying I'm local to this Wendy's, so this has been my experience the last several visits to this location...
The food is good, it's Wendy's, you know what you're getting, not bad for fast food.
The problem with this location is that the service has tanked over the last few months and seems to get worse by the week.
No matter what time of day, you need to plan on 10+ minutes...

Stopped for a quick bite to eat while traveling. The service was really good. Food was fresh and hot, but just your typical fast food. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. It's an easy place to stop right off the highway.
