Never had a bad drink. Always have the best made sandwiches. Staff is always welcoming and nice. I’ll always chose this one over the etown and mount joy Dunkin any day, even if it’s out of the way.

As I was pulling up to the drive through, there were two employees standing out in front of the menu. The young girl was looking at the menu & the older teen boy was throwing snow at her. I wait until they go in to pull up. When I went to order, the younger girl had the grossest attitude. Like I was BOTHERING her for coming to her place of employment lol I ended up not buying anything because if you’re going to act like a child, then my order would’ve probably been made by a child.

I am really upset. They ended up making me late for work when I placed an order online and immediately went to cancel it. The app wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me cancel it so I tried to call in and tell them that their app is not working and it won’t let me cancel it and they won’t let me cancel it either so I tried to call the helpline and the helpline is down. So I try and email about the refund and their email is no longer available so I tried to message their helpline and their helpline is also down so there’s absolutely zero way to contact them or get your refund so you better hope you don’t need a refund at all or else you’re getting ripped off cause no one will help you.

Service and staff was great , New faces since my last visit over a year ago or better , now three times I've received fast friendly service with smiles laughs and actually engaging, and very glad too cause I hated driving past a Dunkin to go to another Dunkin .

This is without a doubt the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. This is the 3rd time I go here and they have nothing left, and they close at 9 pm.

I bounce between this location and another nearby location, but the Marietta Dunkin’ always comes out on top for me simply because the workers are so extra pleasant! You can tell they care about their quality of service, which is rare nowadays. Thank you, employees of Marietta Dunkin’, for making my day each time I visit!

I use the drive thru every weekend on my way to work. It is supposed to be a quick stop to get breakfast so do I normally investigate every bit of my drive thru order at the window… no. I trust that the service will be accurate and fast. The past 2 weeks have been terrible experiences. Now the first time I called they said please come in and we will fix it and give you the bagel we forgot. I go and get the new bagel and watch the guy drop it on the floor. He was in the middle of wrapping it and they assure me it never touched the floor…. but seriously. I thought I learned and I would give them another chance and I did wait and check my bags and made sure I had everything, but apparently I didn’t check to see if my drink was correct. Now of course I tried to call again, but now they don’t even answer their phone. I’ll absolutely need to find a new located. No respect here.
