I use the drive thru every weekend on my way to work. It is supposed to be a quick stop to get breakfast so do I normally investigate every bit of my drive thru order at the window… no. I trust that the service will be accurate and fast. The past 2 weeks have been terrible experiences. Now the first time I called they said please come in and we will fix it and give you the bagel we forgot. I go and get the new bagel and watch the guy drop it on the floor. He was in the middle of wrapping it and they assure me it never touched the floor…. but seriously. I thought I learned and I would give them another chance and I did wait and check my bags and made sure I had everything, but apparently I didn’t check to see if my drink was correct. Now of course I tried to call again, but now they don’t even answer their phone. I’ll absolutely need to find a new located. No respect here.

Everytime I come in for snacking bacon they are always out and never seem to want to make more. I know it's not hard to pre make a bunch and season it then pop it in the turbo when someone wants to order it! This place is a joke!

They were short staffed this morning. They asked why I was there and locked the doors on me while I was placing a mobile order at a table. Definitely will not be returning! Before going to this location I would recommend reading all the reviews that also gave this location 1 star. I find it funny that some read if I could give negative stars I would.

Lost our order, the employee was so rude, and sandwiches weren't that good to have to wait over 30 minutes. The only thing that was good was the 2 dozen donuts we took to a kuds football game.

Tried to order the meal deal for $6. They were out of hash browns so they could not give me the deal for $6. Instead they wanted to charge me $9 for the sandwich and the coffee, without the hash browns. The manager said there was no way to get the lower price so we drove to E-town Dunkin and ordered the meal deals. Little experience like this add up. The etown Dunkin was very busy while this store had no cars in the drive through. If I was the store owner I would empower my managers to make small adjustments to ensure the delight of your customers.

My recommendation if you use DD often enough is to do their app. It keeps track of your past orders, favorites and best of all let's you know when there are specials! This store has typical great food, and I love the Dunkin Refreshers (pineapple ❤️)
the staff was friendly enough but the one girl was having an off day.....don't we all
I used the app and drivethru was a breeze. It makes the morning lines go so much faster and they handled the cars with ease. Thumbs up to this DD!

If you want your drink and food to be made right and actually taste good, DONT COME HERE!! Every single time I’ve ordered from here, everything is nasty. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, how busy they are, or how simple the order is, it’s gonna be nasty. I will NEVER EVER order from this Dunkin again.

I had to place my order using their tablet, my first time doing this and I was not very happy about it. That is their job, not mine. The tablet could not read the DD app on my phone. I was told that the 1 person who could take care of it was outside. That is when I left...
