They don't pay their employees tips. They don't run the AC when it's hot. They don't take coupons. They don't train their employees. The food is gross.

We just moved out to the are from Allentown & stopped today after moving and were greeted by a nice lady behind the counter with a smile from ear to ear welcoming us. I believe her name was Nancy and as she apologized for not speaking English well, we reassured how easy it was to understand her and how sweet she was. Great service and she made a wonderful sub so we enjoyed them at a table and chatted. Thank You šŸ™šŸ¼

BE AWARE overcharging and then won't give refund, my 14 year old walked in yesterday to purchase a sub and he noticed the price was different but didn't say anything to the subway worker, I'm always asked if i want a receipt but my son said the worker never asked, they charged him 13.03 for a 10.59 sub, just bread, ham, cheese and mayo, nothing else. when I called the employee said he can't do anything about it that there is 6% tax, well 6% tax on 10.59 is .64 cents which would be 11.23 not 13.03 this store is either dishonest or the employee is pocketing cash, contacted the owner and they didn't offer any restitution, shady shady place

Went for lunch and bathrooms were out of order. Couldn’t wash my hands to eat my lunch.

Worst sub I’ve ever had.
I ordered online.
They missed cheese and some veggies that I ordered in veggie sub as well as in chicken sub.
And I ordered rotisserie style chicken and they added fried pulled chicken which tasted like stale chicken.

Sandwiches were the newer bigger priced ones and were hardly filled. All 5 sandwiches/ subs were terribly lacking. Their prices are considerably more than Etown where I will order from in future if I'm willing to try again.

Dashers BEWARE. This is the first time picking up an order here and it will be the last. When ordering through subway dashers can’t see the merchants order which was part of the problem. But I went in and the lady working was I assume a manager but she kept trying to hand me individual items and when I asked if she had a bag to put it in she looked at me like she was shocked. She got me one and tried to jam and squeeze every item into the bag sandwiches go squishing the sandwich. Then when I got to my car she yelled out that I forgot 2 sprites. (She did). When I got back in she handed me 2 empty cups lids and straws and told me 2 sprites. So while I filled them up myself she watched me doing nothing (no one else was in the store…) but with all the bs antics I was late delivering both my orders and got docked for it. She not only shouldn’t be manager but she shouldn’t be working there. I’m not surprised by the other low ratings. This place is horribly run

Extremely disappointed. Went in for a salad. Was charged $14 for the worst quality salad I’ve ever seen. The lettuce, spinach and cucumbers are soggy. Very small portion. It’s truly unfortunate. I am choosing to not eat it because I don’t trust the safety/sanitation and would rather not get sick.

The workers are not getting a fair share. The owners of this establishment do not distribute the tips among employees, they keep it for themselves. This is not right employees work too hard to be getting there tips taken.

Parking: The parking is acceptable.

This place is a mess. They don’t share tips with employees they keep it. Even if it’s on the credit card they take it. They don’t care. They serve old food and bread they don’t throw anything away

This subway is ran by money hungry owners, they don’t distribute their tips to their employees and instead take them for themselves. That isn’t right and shouldn’t be happening, ONE STAR.

I don’t normally leave reviews for places, but I feel I am obligated to for the monstrosity that is this Subway location. The man behind the counter claimed it was his first day, even though he was the sole employee in the building. He did not know the different types of breads, meats, or cheeses, and even had to check with me to make sure he had the right ingredient: ā€œIs this the salami? Is this provolone?ā€ He then proceeded to only put 2 slices of meat on each of my subs. I also purchased a bag of chips with my order that turned out to be 2 weeks expired. Will never be coming here again. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

This locations service is tragically horrible, money hungry owners. Every subway i’ve been to you pay for the size & meat, then the vegetables are free and you can ask for more if you please. Got three 6 inch subs and got the amount of veggies i would’ve gotten on ONE sub at any other subway in the area. Asked for spinach & pickles got 4-5 pickles…. asked for more and was told ā€œi have to follow the recipeā€ Last time i checked the recipe is whatever my heart desires on MY sandwich i’m paying for?????? I get being charged extra for bacon or guacamole but four pickles? Don’t recommend, make the drive to the etown locations they make your sandwich how you like/pay for.

Don't bother going there. If you have any discount or coupon they don't honor them. That was the first subway I've ever been to that doesn't honor coupons that were delivered to my house, which is only a couple miles away. And I had to stand in line and wait for 10 minutes to be told
