The Ta-chien chicken was excellent. Not sweet, but very savory. Get it with white rice, and don’t add soy sauce - it doesn’t need anything else. They also confirmed my full order twice (once when I ordered, and once when I picked it up), which was nice.
This place has been feeding the town of Mars for years. Hard to understand the magic that happens inside of here. They’re a hardworking family and the food shows. Always here always open always fresh! Never been rude to me once for ordering 30 minutes to close. Love these guys
