Everything i use the drive thru they forget to bag something. If you try to call the restaurant they do not answer the phone. I've tried different times of the day doesn't matter its like the phone doesn't exist there. So now we definitely checm before we leave & a mistake was made again so I went in to address it and get the food I paid for. I was told it was just a mistake I dont need to be like that. Its not a mistake if its made over and over its carelessness.

The shake machine is often noted to be in working order, which is an advantage over some competitors.
