“I visited here on a Tuesday at 6pm for a work-related and social gathering. The service and food were quite good, yet even on a weekday and being upstairs, the decibel level was rather high dye to it also being a bar. The menu selection was more than adequate and prices reasonable. Street parking can be a challenge, however I found a safe spot about one block away, and parking was free after 5pm on weekdays. The restroom was clean, and I find this important in that if management doesn't prioritize bathrooms, they may not value kitchen cleanliness either, but maybe that's just me. I give it a 4 star and not a 5 due to noise“
“Stopped in to grab a casual dinner. It’s reminiscent of an Irish pub with dining. They even have a little fireplace in the back- it may be electric but still a nice touch. My server Ari was so sweet and attentive. She took great care of me. It’s customer service like this that makes me come back and tell others. I ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. It was a large portion and tasted great. She even sold me to bring some house made berry cheesecake with me for later tonight. Pricing was reasonable, service was great, and the vibe was great. What’s not to like?“
“After a day of traveling, we were happy to find Black and Bleu. It was early on Friday night and the parking lot was packed, a good sign. The crab ravioli was delicious. The ravioli was made with crab, topped with a lovely cream sauce, spinach and more crab, all of which seemed high quality. It was delicious and a great value at $18. Back home, it would have at least been a $30 dish! The service was quick and friendly. We’d definitely recommend!“
“My husband and I went out to dinner and met a couple who mentioned this place playing 80s music so we decided to stop by and we actually stayed for the entire Legwarmer show! It was such a fun time listening to a bunch of our favorite songs. The atmosphere was great, the bartender was friendly, the drinks were good, and it was clean. Can't wait to go back!“
“For years I have passed by this place and never stopped in . This morning I got to try O'Reilly's and went for breakfast. I didn't know they even served breakfast until this morning when my friend suggested we give this place a try. I always thought it was an Irish pub only severing lunches, dinners and bar food / drink stuff. Well, they also serve a good breakfast! The place is very nice and clean. The food was very good, I had the fresh fruit pancakes & my friend had one of the breakfast sandwiches w/ roasted potatoes. We both enjoyed our meals. I am definitely coming back again for breakfast and I would love to try the dinner menu. Our waiter recommended the Chili and the some of the smoked meats. 4.5 stars to our waiter! “We stopped in on a Sunday early evening for live music and had a couple drinks, no food. The building is historic which makes this a really cool spot. There was a banquet room and bar on the second floor with a wraparound balcony that was accessible. The upstairs was closed for service at the time we visited. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. The bartender was personable and attentive. They did just also open a coffee shop with limited hours and I will be back to check that out. Nice stop for beverage or quick bite to eat if you are hiking Hawk Rock or the AT and a place to sleep if you need.“

“Great little "hole in the wall" pub. Absolutely AMAZING roast beef au ju. Tender and juicy, nice crusty sub roll with your favorite cheese. I add horseradish or the horseradish "Tiger" sauce. Been to the Grotto several times, and honestly haven't ordered anything else because the roast beef is just that good! Great and friendly service too. Go to the Grotto Pub, get the roast beef, have a Guinness to go with it, you will not be disappointed, guaranteed!“

Only small issue here or there but it’s rare.Atmosphere is great if you go during lunch on a weekday or Sunday. But if you go at night time, especially on weekends; it gets LOUD.Parking: Good number of parking spot, but when it’s really busy at night; may have a harder time finding parking spots.Kid-friendliness: It’s good for family during lunch time. “This place actually has become my local spot the wings are great the drinks are good great music and it’s a mature crowd that makes me feel safe and at home. This is my go to spot and my safe zone in Harrisburg and I love the bartenders.Parking: Sometimes parking gets a tad scarce when it’s packed but other then that I never could not find a parking maybe once or twice I had to park in the street but it was literally right in front of bar“
“Another place I was referred to by a local gentleman for pizza. The pies are personal sized and they were very good! They use provolone instead of straight mozzarella which gives the thin crust pies a distinct and delicious flavor.Small little old timey place that you can tell has been there for many, many years.Can't speak to anything else but the pizza was very good.“

“Steve is a great cook. takes pride in seasoning the food he serves to people. The bartenders are on it you get a drink very quickly. I usually get the gyro which is always tasty but got the burger sub tonight & it was great. Nice to still have a smoking bar with great food. Good specials to choose from. “This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Very excellent service. Especially for as busy as it was. This was a Wednesday and it was pretty full in here. The food is top-notch. They bring you a basket of buns that are warm with whip butter. As an appetizer, I ordered mini crabcakes. I’m pretty fussy about my crabcakes. And these were made extremely well with large clumps of crab. And they came with. I would call it a sweet chili sauce. With a small salad between in the middle. It had four of the crabcakes around the little salad. from my main course, I ordered the seared scallops they came with. I would call it a cauliflower mash that was kind of chunky. Very very good! The scallops were cooked to perfection! And also came with a side of broccoli. I was extremely happy with the service. The waitress was very attentive to your needs, and made sure that you had your beverages full. they were prompt on delivering the food and they were prompt on carrying away your dirty dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. My associate that was visiting me had dinner had the filet mignon, 8 ounce and an order of shrimp. He was very happy with his fillet, and it was cooked to his liking.Parking: Plenty of parking throughout the plaza.“

“The Pub is a great place to dine & wine.I don't go there as much as I did like 5 years ago , but I occasionally stop by to pick up a six pack & food.They get karaoke from time to time , which brings in the clientele , and I would always play the jukebox while patronizing their establishment.They are an awesome bunch to be around , as I always felt welcome. We didn't get into town until after 8pm, which would normally leave us with only fast food options or a pizza order. It was awesome to eat some real food, late, after a long trip. “Great Sunday breakfast!! They have mimosa's my fathers loves those with his breakfast. Its handicap friendly as well there's a elevator you use to get to the bar and dinning room area. The bartenders Kiersten we have as our bartender on Sundays does an awesome job, she always remembers what you like along with Joe, Matt and Jess are great bartenders as well and make your experience a special one.“
“Was looking for a place to have a couple drinks and shoot some pool when we stumbled along this lil joint. Never heard of it before but it's nice and hidden away by the river. The crowd had some good music playing on TouchTunes for us to vibe to. We were definitely the only people there under the age of 35 but it's all in good fun. Pool table and darts were in a nice area off to the side. Great way to spend a Tuesday night :)“
