I canāt speak for you, but the first time I tried Justinās food I was floored. It was such a simple dish, but the way he tied all the flavors together felt more like a piece of art than anything. Before I knew it, I was talking with my mouth FULL asking āwhat? how? seriously?ā and every question was met with a humble laugh. Donāt get me wrong, Justin KNOWS he can cook, but there is still a gentleness and concern that goes into every customer, and a deep desire to make sure he made the food how YOU like it. Heās a chef who not only masters the mundane in terms of taste, but has a passion for the people he is cooking for. Without exaggerating, I canāt recommend him enough.Try his food. Seriously, just one bite and I bet youāre hooked.
