I love this place, but they need help!!! So many people looking for jobs. I don't know the guys name but he's here by himself. There's 4 people ahead of me still waiting. This man is doing a fantastic job by himself running the entire system on his own. I'll patiently wait. I feel bad for him. It has to be stressful but he doesn't show it at all. Perfect customer service under such conditions.

Employees mumble so you have to ask them to repeat themselves. Everyone looks like they're stoned and every time you get a pizza it is completely different crust.

This place is hideous the manger is rude as hell the girls in the back shouldn't even be back there making food ...Also maybe hire people that bath ..This younger generation can give a rats ass about people today ...Very rude ignorant people ...Use to eat there all the time when they had woke that worked there that cared about their customers..These people couldn't even make a peanut butter jelly sandwich for a daycare ..Will be in touch with the district manager over what we went thru ...

Called to order, got their answering service, they said 35 minutes and it'd be delivered. An hour and ten minutes later I called and got the store they stated they have no drivers and that doordash says it was delivered. Told them I need a refund they sent me to doordash. Called them they sent me to corporate who in turn sent me back to the local store. States he can't issue the refund. Will be calling both Pizza hut corporate and Bluegrass Pizza(franchise owner at least the last time I checked) in the morning.

Our order was delivered by Door Dash, which Pizza Hut apparently uses now. The pizza was cold when we received it and there were missing items. The driver refused to go back to the restaurant to retrieve them. He told us to call PH. Irate, I did so. I called the local number of the restaurant that we ordered from. (Side note: my order was placed online.) The person answering was from A CALL CENTER! A call center to take an order for pizza???!!!!

After 5 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a manager who i will gladly say did refund the money for the disastrous food. So I guess there's a plus for that. But I'll never order from there again.

The past couple times I’ve ordered,. It was very unprofessional, place looked extremely messy, along with employees, then when I put an order in online for delivery they canceled my order without calling me claimed they did call but my notifications was on and received nothing

Employee was very rude didn’t get his name but I will not be going back glad he was a cook and not a server so hopefully he will not have to talk to to many customers but he’s also rude to the workers there was a new girl and he was talking down to her I feel so bad for her hopefully she will not work there long that jobs not worth getting treated badly

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever!!! The amount of money they owe me for messing up orders is ridiculous. The so called manager is dirty and stinks!!! They don’t use gloves!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

If 0 stars were an option, that’s what they’d get. Placed an order for delivery, said it would be here by 8:28pm. 8:45 rolls around and no sign of them. So I give them a call and the delivery driver isn’t at the store, told me that my order will be out as soon as he gets back. Fast forward to 9:30, still no food. Called once again, but this time was told delivery driver went home. I asked what about the order I placed at 7:30 for delivery that you told me was being delivered, got put on hold for a manager. Currently 9:40 and still on hold. I’ll go out of my way and go to Dominoes in Carmichael’s before giving Pizza Hut any money again.
