refused service because employees don’t like me, cops called because I WAS LOCKED IN THE BUILDING AND WAS NOT ALLOWED OUT!! absolutely horrible experience! never got the food and have been told for months there’s paperwork saying i’m not allowed there but have not seen it a day in my life, always refused service.

I got kicked out and the cops called for asking for my onions and green peppers to be diced a little more, a request I always get no problem. I don't have teeth the warm sandwich softener them I don't want them in the side like she suggested. Then trespassed me when I left the food. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady with glasses is unhinged

This place is going down hill so bad! It use to be a friendly place. Now, everyone is so RUDE! Tonight, the women behind the counter, yelled at a customer because she thought she was ignoring her, when she just didn’t hear her. Her auctions and attitude while taking our order was just unnecessary.

I was helping to organize “Bowl for Kids Sake” an event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as a volunteer. The Masontown Subway had an area with various fliers and ads for all different companies and events set up on a cork board near the door. Mark the son of the owner of the Masontown Subway franchise was working there that day and I asked if I could hang a flier for the event with the others. He got very rude with me and told me no. I was perfectly polite with my request so I really didn’t understand his hostility. What kind of horrible place won’t let someone hang a flier to help children? When hanging fliers/etc obviously isn’t against their policy since others were hanging. If there was a fee to hang something he could have told me and I would have gladly paid it, though I do not think there was a fee. Dan the owner was always such a nice man, I can’t believe how rude his son is. I won’t even type out the things Mark said to me, it was too rude and vulgar to type out here. And Yes, I had made a purchase and was a paying customer.
