“We were traveling through the area and found this gem because of the great reviews. Our food was amazing. My curry was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My husband ordered a whole fish. It both looked and tasted fantastic. Our server, who I think may have also been the owner, was super nice. This will be on our list of places to visit the next time we are anywhere near (live in Florida) and we are already telling our friends.”

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.”

I had the Asian grilled shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. We also had burgers, and they were cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor. The lemonade was so refreshing and tasty, too. My three children loved it, which says a lot! The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and everyone left full and happy. “The bar at Kempton Hotel was one of our favorite stops on our road trip from San Diego, CA, to Calais, Maine. The service was excellent, and they all made us feel welcome. The food was delicious - BBQ pork fries, Dutch fries, and steamed clams. Best of all, the patrons were a fun crowd. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you visit them.”
