Best white pizza we ever had. We were skeptical at first with a bunch of younger adults running and working. Very professional group. We rode the panhandle trail and stopped by chance. Will definitely be back. Thank you Gianni’s.

Edit. Gave them another chance and it was so bad. Ordered the pizza well done to try to counteract the sogginess and it was still a soggy mess. Was told 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. I live 5 minutes away. Not going to waste my time again. Just going to go elsewhere, I don’t mind paying more if the food is actually good. We used to order from Gianni’s all the time. We haven’t lately because the last couple times just haven’t been great. Well tonight was no different. Placed an order for delivery and they said it would be 30-45min which is fine. Then, an hour and 15 min pass and we still don’t have the food, (mind you we only live like 5 minutes away, we just didn’t feel like leaving after we just got home from work or we would’ve just picked it up). I called and they said it was in its way the driver had a stop before us, also fine. Then we get the food and it’s cold. The fries weren’t cooked all the way and pizza was cold. The hoagie was good though. It was still warm and made perfectly. Not sure if we will have order from there again.

Awful!!! Breaded mushrooms were under cooked, the pizza boat was so underbaked that the bread was soggy, the cheese didn’t melt, and the peppers were like eating air raw. The hoagies were supposed to be baked and was cold and not crispy. Overall awful waste of money!!!!!

The most disgusting pizza I ever got greasy not cooked all the way a big piece slop done wth this place the floor was disgusting food all over the floor kid making pizza never washed hands from what I saw we r taking our buisness somewhere else!!!!!

I rarely order here and I couldn't remember why, well I certainly did today. I called for a pick up order and the boy who answered was kinda snobby, all they usually have working there are teenagers, so I was like okay whatever, placed the order. When I picked it up it looked good, but was very greasy, yes I am aware it's pizza and it's supposed to be greasy; however, all you could taste was the grease. honestly the best thing are the hot pepper cheese balls. (I recommend Pizza Capri if your ordering pizza from a McDonald shop.)

Worst Subs, and wings that I have ever had. The Philly Steak hoagie was covered in old pretzel cheese. The thought of taking another bite of it makes me gag. The Italian Sub was soggy from a poorly toasted bun; much like the cashier that was also half baked. After I payed he said, “have a good day,” but looked at me dumbfounded when I said I still need my food. I should have took my business elsewhere after my initial call and being asked to hold, which lasted for 8 minutes before I hung up, and called back in. They forgot I was on the phone.Terrible ingredients, terrible pizza, Gianni’s Pizza!On a positive note the fries were good.

A week or so ago I ordered a $19.99 pizza. To be delivered. When delivery guy got here he informed me I owed$ 22.75. I ended up with tip giving the guy $27.00.I ordered a large pizza tonight & when I went to pick it up and questioned the price of last weeks pizza I was informed that there was “A delivery fee plus taxes on it”!!!There is NOTHING on the new menu I received stating there is a taxable delivery fee!! THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!Your pizza is good -but I can eat pizza at other places too!

1 of 10 orders is "on time" meaning 30 minutes for a pick up order. I've worked in pizza joints for a long time near the city, it doesnt take that long. The times it isnt "on time", are pickup times OVER AN HOUR long. Wait times on the phone over 10 minutes to put in 30 second orders. Wont be me anymore
