We used to order from Gianni’s all the time. We haven’t lately because the last couple times just haven’t been great. Well tonight was no different. Placed an order for delivery and they said it would be 30-45min which is fine. Awful!!! Breaded mushrooms were under cooked, the pizza boat was so underbaked that the bread was soggy, the cheese didn’t melt, and the peppers were like eating air raw. The hoagies were supposed to be baked and was cold and not crispy. Overall awful waste of money!!!!!

Has taken a turn for the worse over the past year or so. It’s not terrible but it’s also not that good. The food is very inconsistent. The same item will be made differently every time you get it. The pizza is usually under baked and soggy. I used to order often but now it’s not worth it. They raised their prices but don’t seem to care what they give you.
