I would love to say that I've been able to stay here. They say the rooms are $140 a week. With a $50 reservation fee. But getting a hold of someone on the day I need it. Has been extremely difficult. They don't have anyone in the lobby to answer any questions except for the people cleaning the rooms. I spoke with Caroline. And it doesn't seem like you can't not reserve a room. So really it's 190 a week. It sounds like that they have had a really bad issue with cockroaches and bed bugs. To a point they spray poison weekly. I really wish I could say something positive about this place but I've been just given the runaround.

Pestilence, faulty wiring, safety and fire concerns. Several people are ODing here. These children who play "management" don't know PA laws about anything. Payment confirmations don't add on the receipts proving fraud. There's no morals, ethics or integrity. Stay elsewhere as this has no up to date wiring, most likely this will be a catastrophe since there's no integrity. It's not child/family friendly. Not handicap accessible. 104, 102 &99 are all zoned for commercial use. Matt Novelli nor his goons care about laws, occupancy, federal fire codes etc.

ONLY ADDICTS, WELFARE BUMS AND PEOPLE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND TO FOLLOW THE MONEY, ITS TECHNICALLY A CAMPGROUND, ROOMS BEING PAID FOR ON A ROVERPASS CAMPGROUND SITE. This property management group, Caldwell House, Caldwell House Bed and Breakfast and Pitt Hotel LLC is a fraud.

Super convenient because everything you need is within walking distance. The main hotel is beautiful and clean. I'm staying in one of the studios across the street and absolutely love it. It's way less expensive than the motel I was at before and I have a kitchen. I definitely recommend you give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. @caldwellhouseBB

They call themselves a bed, and yet the only thing having anything to eat are the bed bugs & cockroaches. They had a tenants' vehicles towed out of the parking lot & claimed they didn't know it was hers after she lived there 8 months. They cost her hundreds in a tow bill but refused her heaters, so she supplied her own. They don't supply heaters when the heat goes out? The bed falls through, & you wake up halfway on the floor. I personally think the owner and current management should be made to stay here for a few months. Maybe then they would straighten this place up. UPDATED spoke with previous tenants & heard everyone was made to move abruptly. Maybe they'll clean it up now.

Beautiful classy old rustic B& B with old fashion charm yet with updated bathrooms nice showers and more ! Very comfortable .....love the wood flooring throughout .
God bless the Caldwell Bed and Breakfast and all guests to enjoy a safe affordble place a nice get away !

Manager unavailable. Sink in room non-functional. No towels. No washcloths. Common bathroom dirty. Calls itself a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. Didn't feel safe. We did not stay. Avoid this place
