“This wonderful husband and wife, team up together to make the most delicious pasta. Their ravioli, and different types of homemade pasta are so good. “Consistency is appreciated. You know what your getting and you can count on it. Cookies, sticky buns and other mainstay items on the menu.

I typically get the fried chicken sandwich and compared in price to other restaurants like McDonald's and BJs brewhouse it sits right in the middle in both quality and price. I can't tell if its previously frozen chicken but it does seem likely. Battered in a factory flash frozen, delivered to the restaurant and fried on site. But again you know your getting what you pay for.

Breakfast buffet is always clutch. Again Consistent and reliable.

My family and I use this restaurant when no one knows what they want, or the kids want Breakfast for dinner and the wife and I want dinner entrees.

We use take out most often, the downside being sometimes you dont get exactly what you order, or something is missing...in each case they often rectify the mistake.

Its also very easy and convenient to order online.“

“Recent trip through Pittsburgh stopped into this restaurant for dinner. Food was good, salad/fruit bar was great, service could have been better. Server was slow to check on table and never got a refill during dinner, had to ask for one when the check came.“

“I ordered the Salad Bar for lunch at the Shaler Township Eat'n Park on July 29. The Salad Bar was clean, fresh and well-stocked, as were the soups, and everything tasted great! My server was Linda and she was very friendly and attentive, checking in with me every so often to see if I needed a refill on my iced tea or anything else. She made me feel so welcomed! “my sister took her family out to eat for my nieces 8th birthday. the waiter told them they don't sing happy birthday anymore. after she questioned him he went back to ask and came out and said.. we still do it but no one wants to sing..??? this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's not the most fun thing to do . but for an 8 year old girl. do your job. i remember working there trying to scramble to get people to sing.. and noone like it but they did it because it was part of their job. didn't give her her free birthday dessert either...what has happened to Avalon eat n park in the evenings.. morning is still amazing, you go in the at night and it's a sh*tshow. so disappointed in this location“
