Big Shot Bob's House of Wings - McKeesport

I've tried all 3 Big Shot Bobs locations near me, and this is the BEST one! And I'll tell you why lol. They don't skimp out on the wing sauces, other locations I've gotten sometimes barely covers all the chicken. Their hoagies are always AMAZING! For example, the heart attack hoagie always comes hot and cheese melted. other places are like the bread n cheese is still cold. The Tom Hardy hoagie from this location was FIRE ? ? they like shredded the chicken up and had the bacon and banana peppers all perfectly together, other locations got like big hunks of chicken which is sometimes too much and it starts falling out. I've never got a bad order from this one not ONCE ? and idk if it's the owner or just a delivery guy/cook but the 1 bigger dude who looks like he could take u the eff down if need be, is always cool. Also, other locations NEVER have delivery drivers. The ONLY negative thing about this place is that they don't accept card payments & if I gotta pay cash for food that I know I will love, then its worth it ❤

Honestly, don't bother. Especially the fries. They're truly terrible. How do you mess up fries? They're simultaneously soggy, burnt, and also undercooked (prob only do a single temp, single fry)... But like, how? The sub was totally mediocre. Better than subway, but not by much.

Placed a order. Very unhappy. 7.14 for a large fry. Came wayyyyy over cooked and burnt and full of grease. Called the store. At 7:30pm. Guy said the close at 9pm and I have to come get a replacement.DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Was not impressed at all my first time. Way over priced. The boneless wings were so hard could barely eat them.

Great place my Nephew Jomar Strickland Works here he is an awesome chef???❤ He makes These amazing sauces for the wings.And there steak salads are off the Chains?????

Food is usually good…if your order is correct. What is the point of having a special instructions area when you order online or on the new app of it is ignored and your order is wrong?

Ordered once for pickup and got the "most interesting flavor in the world" which was good. Also found out the wings are sections not whole wings so keep this in mind. The second time I ordered via GrubHub and got the black and gold wings which are absolutely FIRE! Only reason for 4 star is the wings being sections vs whole which I feel is the wing industry standard.

ordered food at 5:08 didnt come til almost 7 after being told 40 min to and HR...then my two sandwiches come and the one is burnt.had to throw away. I always give someone the benifit of the doubt but u guys lost a customer

The black cooks clothes are disgustingly greased stained and he didn't wear an apron the 30 minutes we waited for food. He came in to work and immediately started fixing orders. Neither employee washed their hands or wore gloves while preparing our food. This location on Lysle Blvd is grossly operated.

Absolutely amazing wings!!!!

Their menu is fascinating. First time at a BSB's and they loaded their wings with sauces and parmesan cheese, which tied the flavors together. I'd recommend their sweet buffalo sauce, but I'll be back to try their other items.
