Restaurant was cold and food was room temperature. Staff was nice. Did not have cocktail sauce for fish. Small amount of beef and meat was dry. Sad that places like this have gone down hill.
We went there this past Friday and had a great experience. Staff was pleasant, their new buffalo chicken wrap is delicious, fries came out hot and tasty. Manager and employee at front counter were nice, girl with dark hair who made our fries gave us a warm smile, and told us to enjoy.
I am reporting this because my wife is too upset to. She went thru the drive thru and ordered dinner. She ordered me a fish sandwich, lettuce only, as I am allergic to mayonaise/tarter sauce. My wife brought dinner home and there was no lettuce and tarter sauce was on the fish sandwich. We also ordered 2 drinks and received no napkins and no straws. She drove back and explained the situation to "Brandon" who grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. He refused to replace...read full review
