“My BF and I along with a couple of my family members met up there on 10/25/2024 to have lunch. My self and BF were both using motor chairs. Wheelchair access is in the back of the restaurant. The staff were pleasant, polite and listened to what we wanted on our sandwiches. The place was clean. None of us had any complaints about our experiences.“
“The manager was the only one working today - she was being Awesome to everyone!!! Customers were absolutely miserable - they were being both, rude and disrespectful. She handled them very well, smiled and had a super personality!! This location has the best management ever.“
“Callie is absolutely amazing. I had so many issues with the app and was having such a rough time trying to get my food ordered. But she was so sweet and kind and honestly one of the best employees I have ever encountered at any subway location. I actually left the location that was closest to my house and went to this location after the two girls there were really rude and unhelpful about my order. I have zero regrets now. I walked in so grumpy, and low key determined to stay upset in my mind vowing not to go back, but she was literally a saint dealing with my grumpy butt and never once seemed annoyed about my complaining about the app and how my cards weren't working over the app and how it wasn't letting me add my other card and how the other store closed earlier without shutting off its online ordering, ect. Thank you Callie! But if management/corporate reads this, fix your app!“
