I have a slight addiction to the Mexican pizza meal. While some locations cheat the amount of meat that should go on the pizza and the two taco supremes, this location consistently gets it right. While I don't make a habit of giving 5 star ratings to fast food joints, this location is a good one.

My family and I walked into Taco Bell around 12:20 and it took us until 12:50 to receive my food. They took about 5 drive through orders before we even got there. We even went through the drive through, but you guys have a TERRIBLE drive through. The AI woman that was getting our food kept getting everything wrong and kept adding things we didn’t want. So we ended up going inside because we could not stand it. We ordered after a gentleman that was already there and waiting, he ended up walking out because he waited 40 minutes. There was 2-3 people in there working, IT CANT NOT BE POSSIBLY THAT HARD TO PUT MEAT AND CHEESE ON A TORTILLA. And the lady didn’t even say sorry or apologize in any way. IF YOU WERE SHORT STAFFED PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING “Please use the drive through we are short staffed, sorry for the inconvenience.” Like it’s literally common sense, get your yourself together.

This was probably the worst to Taco Bell visit I’ve ever had. The service was horrible a gentleman before us order and walked out because he waited 40 minutes for his food and never got it he didn’t even want his money back. We had to ask for our food because they wouldn’t even acknowledge us. We had to ask for our cups because they didn’t give them to us. The whole population of PA went through the drive through before we got our food. Wasted half my day at Taco Bell. Didn’t even get a “sorry” or “hey we are pretty busy you might have to wait awhile” just nothing. Also stupid AI. If I could put negative starts I would.

I ordered $35 worth of food and was VERY disappointed! My lg nacho fries were only half full! And I ordered the Caliente chicken fries bowl and it was so small nothing like the picture and only had 3 small pieces of chicken!!!! My Doritos loco tacos were so soggy they fell apart. I’ve never had that happen before. Very disappointed in my visit today!

I had the $7 luxe box and wasn't aware that Taco Bell sold sides as well. I love rice and beans with my tacos. So I had a side of seasoned rice and a side of beans with cheese on top. Their are other sides and sauces offered as well. The luxe box was absolutely delicious. I had it twice in the same week! It's a filler, too. Definitely recommend! The Crunch Wrap Supreme is fantastic , too!
We got the dinner box it was cold every single one witch is understood bc it’s cold and it was deliver but half our stuff ether didn’t have toco meat or was raw my whole family is sick I’ve called customer support multiple times first it was they corporate is closed due to holiday witch is understand but saying you can’t do anything that you obviously can your store is selling raw meat then I call DoorDash thinking they could do more bc I didn’t order it from them and again the refund I was supposed to get was only 2 dollars out of 50 dollar order when they said I would be fully refunded and they would flag it on there and report it like please do better we barely get fast food so for us to get it one time in months and have this much of and issue is really upsetting

Absolutely unacceptable stood there for 10min and not once did i get ignolaged and all I was trying to do was pick up a mobile order people were ringing the bell to try to get there attention a lady stopped what she was doing looked at them and went back to work like really Absolutely poor service won't be coming back to this one I hope they hurry up with the one on the hill

Ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, 2 grilled cheese burritos, and 2 nacho fries, the only part of my order that WAS correct were the fries, I received 4 bean burritos and they refuse to fix the issue, they pay 0 attention to what they’re doing, don’t waste your money here
Edit: not only did they not fix my order correctly after I drove back across town, I was made to pay for it again, if I could give negative stars I would, i wish this restaurant would simply close for good
