ordered a pizza tonight (Wednesday) at 5:50 PM and was told it would be an hour for delivery because they were very busy. An hour passed and I called and was told it was on it's way. I am 1 mile away from Vocelli Pizza. At 7:20 I called yet again and was told that the driver fouled up so they made a fresh one and it was on it's way up and it was free. Twenty minutes later they knocked on my door with my FREE pizza. I said no thanks! An hour and 50 minutes is in no way aceptable...read full review
