Frozen freezer burned tasting bagels with the best coffee in America characterizes this store. All the workers are always busy and go out of their way to help you with their small menu. I think because the food and coffee tastses so good it's hard to remember that they are just a coffee shop and not a buffet place.

The staff at this downtown location are very friendly and have noticed a significant increase in efficiency and wait times. I no longer sit in the drive thru for 3-5 minutes waiting for my food before work! The new store manager deserves kudos for this and the staff deserves it as well! We love the staff at downtown Tim Hortons, they are always so nice.

I’m a door dasher on an e bike in Meadville and they refused to open the front lobby so I could just grab the order. Instead they sat and watched as I knocked on the door. The staff with the missing tooth really needs to get her stuff together the way she came out and disrespected me also. Please do better here.

The food is great when they have it or will make it. I live over an hour away and only get the chance to stop in the late evenings a few times a month. If you go after 8pm there will be no bagels, muffins, donuts or donut holes. They box them up to take home but say they are out.the lobby closes at 8pm so you can see it boxed up already to go home from the drive thru. They also won’t make any food a little after 8 as they’ve already started to or cleaned everything for the night even though they don’t close until 9pm.
