I’m a regular guest. I been coming to this location since it opened and 4 times a day 7 days a week religiously. so much I walk in and they know my order. Iv ordered the same thing for 10 plus years. so I know how it suppose to taste. This time it tasted different. so I mentioned it to the manager and she instructed an employee to make a new one. this employee was grilling me making a weird face like I was lying saying ” what do you mean it tastes funny? . I can’t explain it but, if a customer request for a new one just do it. No questions asked. I have no reason to lie. Shewas old enough to be my daughter. And I don’t know a name because of course they don’t have name tags, so if you have a complaint you can name an employee. I will no longer patronize this location. they are rude. and they think they can talk to customers in a mean and rude way. I’m also post in this to 10 other review places.

Love the coffee, they know my order and my request for a certain type of lid without mentioning it. The one closer to Walmart.
Friendly smiles and all around great service. The food wasn't what I was expecting at all. The donuts were a little dry, the egg bites had no flavor. Stir the coffee please. I can't stand being handed coffee and it's loaded with an inch of sugar stuck to the bottom.
The quality of this place has gone way downhill. The muffins tasted like they were 5 days old and they have fruit flies all over the stuff in the display case.
