I only went thru the drive through on this occasion. The employee was very pleasant, but messed up the order total and had I not been paying attention, I would have paid almost double what my bill actually was. I imagine there are some who would just pay whatever they are told. If this was accidental that's one thing, but if this was on purpose, take away all stars!
I was also told right from the start that they were out of roast beef at noon on a weekday! That's ridiculous! Thankfully I was only there for a couple milkshakes.
BUT, Even the milkshakes were disappointing. I ordered two, a vanilla and a jamocha . I could not tell the difference between the two except a Very slight off white tint to the supposed flavored one. But that's it! It was just a slightly off color vanilla. There was no jamocha at all! Highly disappointed Arby's!

We stopped here tonight. The food was super yummy. Brett was the one who brought us our food and then he also took the tray when we were done eating and waiting for the kids to finish. All of them are super nice everytime we come.

I have been to this location multiple times and have had nothing but excellent service and quality of food. The past 2 times I have visited this location it has been later in the evening and I have received the best service from Brett. He is so friendly, pleasant to speak with and all around excellent customer service.

I've just never really been a fan of Arby's food. Most of the roast beef sandwiches just seem so tasteless to me unless you get one with cheese, and they charge too much for the cheese-added ones compared to ones without, in my opinion.

I legit went there late night and magically they were "sold out" of their main selling sandwich, Cheddar roast beef. This isn't the first time they have mysteriously been out of food either as we went onetime for curly fries and they had been all "sold out" Id not waist my time coming to this location again.
