Tried to make an order and was told I’d have to wait because there was a big online order. The line was empty besides me and cars behind me. Why should I have to wait for customers who aren’t even physically there for food that will be delivered to them. In person customers should always be a priority

I usually like coming here but that night went out for date with my husband and stopped by this place to get my kids a sandwich they were out of beef said they hade fish and wouldn't substitute for nothing else very disappointed for a place that's commercial is we have the beef no no you dont

Omg. Stay away Arby’s near giant . Horrible management. Elder abusive. Please don’t support. My dad stopped in after shopping at giant. He pulled up and asked if he could order the sliders which were 1.00 in the app. He is pretty tech savvy! The girl said yes. He took her for her word. He paid and then looking at the receipt saw he was charged 1.50 per slider. He asked for the manager. he explained what happened andthat he was not happy and she said she didn’t need him as a customer and has plenty of customers. Obviously - not educated. So sad about her ignorance. I have lived here for over 30 years. So in the end he did not get food,did not get a receipt because she said she could not give me a receipt because a refund had to be approved by upper management. To this day no refund. He was ripped off, abused and lied too! So sad for Cumberland Valley. She should be fired. What an exemplary employee. It depresses me to see what kind of people are in these jobs. lol

This place is really going down hill fast! Tonight we gave it another shot after a disaster a couple weekends ago with the drive through. Well we discovered they forgot the fries we ordered tonight when we got home. We called them and they said oh your the one who forgot your fries. Excuse me? We didn't forget them they were never put in the bag by the staff working there. How can you blame the customer when something is not put in their bag. Poor customer service all the way around again tonight! You make it right not blame the customer! $2.39 for a small fry is bad to begin with.
I enjoy Arby's food done right. This location's drive thru was a total nightmare. There was one car in front of me, and she waited probably 10-12 minutes JUST TO ORDER. I then ordered, and after paying was told to drive around and wait in the handicap parking area, which seems like a ridiculous idea, so I just parked in the adjacent spot. I waited another 10 minutes or so, and eventually just shut my truck off and went in to retrieve my food. The drive thru itself is a nightmare just to navigate, and food experience isn't any better. My advice, just drive to the next Arby's and take your chances there.Parking: Drive thru is a total disaster

I've been to several Arby's locations because my dad loves Rubens & I have NEVER seen a smiling manager come around to every table to ask if everyone was enjoying their meals at any other Arbys facility. I was very impressed by this small gesture. So thank you for caring about your customers experience! Oh and the peach lemonade is a winner every time!!!
10-13-23: Amending my previous review, with pictures. I went inside and got a double no bun, to go. I get to where I can eat it, and I find 3 slices of meat. I get more when I order a regular.And the sauce on my son's smokehouse brisket sandwich was less than adequate.This is the most efficient Arby's drive thru I have ever been to.

Ordered online for pick up, when I get there I'm told they are out of beef so I sub the 1 beef for tenders. After waiting 20 mins I'm now told they are out of honey bbq for the hot honey bbq wings. I say fine I just want food, I've been here 20 minutes. I finally leave with cold fries for all 3 meals and cold wings so why did I wait over 20 minutes????
