While the waitress and her trainee were polite and transparent about being short-staffed, we waited almost an hour for an overcooked hamburger with Mac and cheese on it (the rest of our food required a 45-minute wait). Every time the heat pump came on, it sounded like an eruption in the building, and I'm not entirely certain it was moving warm air. The staff was doing their best, but Absolutely not worth the price of the food. The pretzel appetizer was the one bright spot in the meal.

It’s Tuesday night at 7pm. The bar is maybe half full? Maybe slightly more than half? There are 3 tables with people in the dining room. The hostess (who was very sweet) sat us. We sat for 20 min and not a single server came to see what drinks we wanted. I don’t mind waiting- I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. But 3 different servers walked past our table… and the hostess walked past as well… and no one took our drink order. 20 mins in a not- very- busy restaurant seems like a lot… so we left…
Food is very good and consistent. Service is spotty as they have one person on lunch doing bar and lounge. So she is running. Prices are good but a side of fries is $6.00 and is very small for that amount. They always seem to have a special on a beer at a good price thou. And I enjoy my tall beer and it is in a frosty mug. I will come back but just some positive feedback. I felt cheated on the fries but the beer is spot on for price and how cold it is. I get the stromboli and it's very good! 😋

Had the Philly cheese steak and fries. Fries were really good. Cheesesteak was also good. Restaurant was a little cold. Service was good but a bit overwhelmed.

My OG Chicken sandwich was nothing but breading. Was then served chicken fingers which were dry and overcooked. Server was decent though.

It took us 30 minutes just to get a drink order in and took us an hour and 15 minutes to get food, subpar quality, and terrible service.

I went there today for an early lunch just after 11 am and sat at the bar. I was greeted by a friendly bartender who assisted me. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. While waiting for my food, I looked at all their specials and was pleasantly surprised with how many GREAT deals they had on drinks. Both food items were amazing! I'm going to have to come back for their drink specials!

Our server was phenomenal. We always have good service and the food is always done correctly even with special requests. Our kids love it here too. Although it has some typical sports bar food (Kangarooga sauce is amazing!!) there are healthy options as well. Only suggestion is get the tots not the fries and you won't be sorry. All burgers including impossible burger are amazing and try the Kangarooga sauce. Everyone in our house loves it. You can buy it at the restaurant and in some stores.
Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, pierogi's, mozz triangles, salads and more. They have different side options that can be adjusted. Also have tomato basil soup.
Dietary restrictions: They have gf buns and vegan buns for burgers. They have options for sides that can be adapted.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free under 12 I think Monday (it's one of the weeknights) with purchase of adult entree. Kids can be loud and it's no issue. They play sports on TV, nothing inappropriate. Our 12 and 14 year olds love it here and have for years
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisles, not completely sure about overall access

Ordered on a To go delivery app. Ordered extra wet hit garlic, well done, with ranch. No ranch. Wings had literally no sauce, in fact the container showed no evidence any sauce was used whatsoever. Was a repeat customer but will not be going back now.
