I have had two bad experiences here, this last time was the draw for me. I will never spend my hard earned money here again poor customer service. I could say more but I’ll keep how I really feel to myself I’m not gone let a few group of people make me say things that’s not nice, just know it wasn’t nothing done about us being treated poorly.

This was positively the worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was wrong, so I sent it back, they provided another order, which again was wrong, then charged me for it. The waiter “Owen” was down right ignorant. I just wanted the damn ultimate nachos with chicken, no Pico. 1st order (tons of Pico), 2nd order nachos and cheese (nothing else). Let’s not forget that we were all done eating by the time we had to remind our server that my husband still didn’t have his burger. The attitude that came with our meal was not worth the $100 price tag.

My chicken was very undercooked, chewy, and hard to eat. The taste of the sauce was delicious but I had to spit out A LOT due to so much chewing. For $20 that was horrible!

Over $70 for me and my date to eat a few wings, share an appetizer, and have one beer apiece.

The food is great here. The food isnt the problem though. Ive ordered pickup here twice now and both times after having ordered atleast 25 mins in advance they dont start making the order until I arrive. Which defeats the point of picking a pickup time 🤨 When the front counter staff aren't gossiping or eating their lunch, they look at you in confusion as to why you've arrived. I wont be eating here again thanks to the horrible service.

Just visited this location tonight and I will never, EVER return. The service was absolutely terrible! The host was rude and had no personal skills whatsoever. The server was a disaster. After waiting over an hour for an appetizer we found he never ordered it. At one point we flagged down another server for help and she was very apologetic and said she would take over our table. Unfortunately she disappeared and the original server came back. He was a total mess. Can’t believe this place is still operating with this staff. The cheese curds and potato wedges were really good when we finally got them, the wings were very overcooked.

We stopped in for wings and they were delicious! I got a side of cheesy fries which was really good but coming from someone who loves cheese there wasn’t enough cheese for me but the cheese I had was amazing! Big shout out to Gregory for taking such good care of us! Thank you Gregory! Keep up the awesomeness!

This location seems to suffer from a lack of staff. It took several minutes before anyone greeted / seated us. The server was friendly and pretty attentive, but there may have only been 4 or 5 tables seated. The food was hot but mediocre in sauce and flavor. I wasn't overly impressed for the price of the food.
