Buffalo Wild Wings

We ordered the food online and set it for later pickup. The food wasn’t ready at the designated time and we had to remind the staff of what we ordered. When we got back to our hotel we were still missing the side sauces, blue cheese and the fries were freezing cold. The food was delicious like all bww but the service was lacking.

Looking at the menu to check the prices. They will give the calories for each meal but won't give the prices.

Server was great we stopped in at one hour to closing she was still smiling and willing to help us food was good was a bit dirty from previous crowds but that's normal

Waited 35 minutes food never came and all the workers are all hiding in the kitchen avoiding everyone for a restaurant with only about 5 tables full of people. But of course the uber eats orders are ready for people who don’t wanna pick up their own food and so the people delivering Uber eats don’t complain about how long it takes. They’re were most likely two pieces of a bug in my drink. Walked right out

Front desk Jaimie was super rude and looked annoyed was on her phone the whole time. Our silverware was disgusting. And on top of that our waitress was careless and not very welcoming, she couldn’t even apologize for the silverware being dirty. Food was okay fries were stale and cold.

Ordered a 15 boneless, 5 chicken fingers, large fries combo.
Absolutely terrible.
Waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time, so a total of 50 minutes.
Only ONE other customer in the entire building!
Everything was cold or barely warm.
The chicken was completely overcooked, could've been from the day before.
Order 4 flavors, 3 out of 4 flavors were wrong.
Chicken fingers were NOT fingers, they were exactly the same as the boneless wings. Not what is pictured is any of the menu.
Will not be back here again.

Bad experience !! We came to this restaurant directly from Hershey park tired and exhausted we waited too long to be seated and the guy who should take our order ignored us purposely.. we left right away

The experience is normally good here, but the food can sometimes be inconsistent. Last night was not a good night but I've had other experiences when it's been solid. You don't know till you go.
