Hot supper. They add a lot of pepper on the fries and croutons. Chicken was great. I will be returning, but will request no pepper.

Was there after dinner hours it wasn't really that busy at all. Got seated right away and order taken. 10 minutes later my gf burger comes out. Another 20 minutes goes by and my food is nowhere to be found. We were out of drinks and our waitress missing. I had to pretty much walk into the kitchen to ask about my food. Another server said I'll just give you another customers food trying to make me feel bad but the wings she gave me was my exact order and they were sitting in the window so long the sauce dried out on them and they were cold to the bone. We finished our food and I waited another 20 minutes after finishing eating for a check that never came. Had to find another person and complain for then to locate my waitress. She finally came out with attitude like we were in the wrong. Woman I seen you our first 10 minutes here and then the rest of the hour you were no where to be found. Had to eat my hot wings with no drink. This is the worst experience I've ever had and the first time I've ever given a $0 tip will not return

Came in with my infant and child and stood up waiting 20 minutes for a table. One lady on the phone, workers walking around and nobody helped me. I had to flag someone down to get a table.Then my order took forever to come out. My child’s order came out first and then mine’s 30 mins later…what was even the logic of that? My kid sat watching me eat, why didn’t our food come out together?Finally I asked for a to-go order and they mixed my to-go with my dine in order. I had to ask for a box to pick through the wings and pack the to-go order myself.This place is disorganized to the max.

We went to dinner Friday night with a party of 7, we were sat right away and the restaurant did not appear busy. We all ordered wings & fries. When our food arrived, it arrived one by one...the last person to get their food got it 20 minutes after the first person. Also, our server was no where to be found. We asked the food runner for more drinks and they acted like it wasn't their job and literally left the table to find out waitress instead of just getting our drinks. They eventually got us drinks and our server did apologize. The food was decent & fresh..but the service & delivery is awful. This was my 2nd experience at this location and it was equally as bad the first time. I don't need to go back.

Really they should give some lift to the place… it’s now old and looks bit uninteresting!! But the positive part enjoyed Super Bowl there..!! Good was good!
We got here on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy. We got 30 wings and chicken strips. The food was good but it took 45 minutes to get it. They sent out the side of fries later but we were done with them by the time we got our wings. The chicken strips came out 20 minutes before the wings. The waitress didn't fill our drinks unless we asked. Not a great experience.
I honestly have never interacted with a business as awful as this one, in any profession. I stay at the adjacent hotel for work several times a year, and have had abysmal service multiple times, for no clear reason. Colleagues of mine kept going due to the convenience to the hotel. I think even they are finally done. They just have the worst attitude, and genuinely seem to hate their customers. It's baffling. I'll never go back, and I hope my friends will stop going there too. The food's not even good, and they make very bad drinks. Hands down, my least favorite business ever, after 50 years plus of living. Hope they close soon and are replaced with absolutely anything else.

Well, there's lousy and then there's BWW lousy. This was our first and last visit to this low-rent shrine of mediocrity. My order came out 15 minutes before my wife's. The food was tasteless, cheap, and utterly uninspired. We saw our server twice... once to take our orders and then finally, long after our awful meal had been finished, to pay for this garbage. No refills, no nothing. We just wanted to get out as fast as we could.

First our server was great! She was fun and happy. However, we were not told that to go orders could cause a problem with our order. We Ordered a burger and wings for my husband and I to eat at the restaurant. My burger came out 30 minutes before my husbands wings. The only reason we got the wings was cause I went and told my server to cancel them if they weren’t already cooking. She reassured me they were coming. They did not come. In fact waited another 15 minutes for them to come out. Manager didn’t even come to apologize when our server advised of how unhappy we were. When you go in to have dinner with someone it’s rude to eat your meal in front of them while they are hungry. We will not be back.
