The food is the same. The employees are the only thing that makes one BK better than another. The workers were great when I visited. Fast and friendly service. There was a wind storm and the power kept going off. This obviously caused problems outside their control but they handled it great! Still faster than places I have been that didn't have power issues. Reset the computers and kept going. For the owner: I would suggest battery backup for your computers and power failure lighting in the dining area.

Gave them a $7.99 large whopper meal coupon in the drive thru. They didnt give me an order total, i handed them the coupon with my debit card. Later at my house i checked my online banking and realized they charged me $11.99 plus tax for the whopper meal.

Their service is very slow.. I placed my order at 5:42 PM via DoorDash and ordered only 3 items.. but they showed the time as 22 minutes but I got it at 6:30 PM. I had to wait a total of 47 minutes and it is 0.4 miles away from my house.

So normally I deal with John and he does a great job, last two times there I've dealt with someone else and got a chicken sandwich in which I asked for no mayonnaise and yet it had it. Not the end of the world but both times I asked for sauce(ranch and buffalo). Got charged both times yet still no sauce. That's just not right, chicken fries need the sauce. Come on .30 cents per sauce. Thank goodness my large drink is half full of ice so I can wash down the disappointment.

I was thre ths evening and they messed up on my food and didn't fix it I wanted a chicken sandwich w mayo and no cheese and they put ketchup on it and cheese it should of been corrected I'm disappointed in thm

They tell you to go to the parking lot for your drive through order, and then after 30 minutes waiting you have to go inside to get your order that has been ready for minutes while they talk and have no customers. Nobody acknowledge me when I went inside looking for the order, until what I assume was the manager saw me waiting and talked to me. On top of that they gave me the most disgusting old and hollowed fries.(Not exaggerating) Terrible service!
The Burger King restaurant has changed to all remote computer orders inside . I was disappointed in this as my sandwich was not what I wanted This is not good. I won't be going there anymore.

3 years ago I gave this BK a 1 rating; I deleted the comment because last year I decided to give them a try and the food and service had greatly improved; this week- July 25- I went through the drive through and experienced racism; bad service and bad food; this BK does better then it should because it is located by the Navy installation; but I a veteran that retired with honors and a retirement award that states on behalf of a grateful Nation did not receive the basic increment of respect as a human being and a customer that works hard for their money. Enough is enough, I will not return again.
