Really love their food here. Is it your typical corporate dining experience? Yes, of course it is. But it's a nice quiet place to take someone out to on a romantic evening, nonetheless.

From the moment we stepped in, Hanna and Jill made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm set a positive tone for the entire evening. They were attentive without being intrusive, always there to answer questions or offer recommendations. Hanna's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she guided us toward some truly outstanding dishes. Jill's efficiency in ensuring our drinks were refilled and that our table was clear added to the seamless dining experience. It's clear that both Hanna and Jill take pride in their work, and their dedication to providing exceptional service truly elevated our meal. Lately I was told that Bill, our only server was terminated! Bill was the reason we returned every time! This was caused by a “new” child and inexperienced “ manager!!! Even though I felt the food was, at best, mediocre, the service that Bill provided was 5 star. This was solidified in our last visit when both the food and service was terrible! Congratulations Carrabbas, now I can say that the management, service and food is terrible! Get rid of the manager, the foolish children at the hostess booth, improve the food! Anyone know where Bill is????

Shocked when we arrived there this evening and found out that a long-time employee, Bill, had been fired. There was no better waiter and for years, we always asked for him. Bill was the best. It certainly is your loss. We'll not be back. Bad decision.

Always a great experience. Food is consistently excellent and service spectacular. They do a great job managing a mushroom allergy or low sodium.
