Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Sooooo, first time trying this place. Advertising says they are the number 1 philly cheese steak in the world. Friendly staff, fast ordering and preparation. Got it to go with all the choices available, mayo, lettuce,tomato, peppers, onions, cheese. And the protein was the chicken. I got the small which comes out as a portion of the length of bread available. Nicely cooked potato fries and the sandwich served together in a large box to go. Accompanying the sandwich was a self served coke. Potatoes fried well in the vat. The sandwich was tasty but the ratio of meat to the sandwich was low . I can't say it was number one in the world but it does fill the hole. Thanks again Charlie's staff.

I needed to pick up medications at Walmart and saw the Charley's Cheesesteak inside when I walked in. It was a around lunch time and a had never had a Charley's Cheesesteak before. I received friendly service and I only waited a short time for my small Cheesesteak, no drink or fries. The size of the "small" Cheesesteak was definitely small ($7.95), VERY small indeed.
The taste was average at best. I can now say, I have tried Charley's Cheesesteak.

My son who is struggling with many things right now asked if I could take him to your place. Once I placed our order we waited about 10mins for our food even though it wasn’t really busy. Food came out where we were sitting and that’s when things went wrong. I asked our sever for our cups, b/c on the menu it shows a drink with that combo. She said I’m sorry I forgot to charge you, then proceeded to ring me up for another meal. I told her that I don’t need another meal all I’d like is the drinks that’s supposed to come with the combo. She then again says that the system has it where it needs to be wrung in separately. I told her never mind we’ll just not have our drinks b/c she was getting an attitude. Then she said no I’m gonna bring out cups. She then slams the cups on the table and says her bit again about how the drink system works. It’s going to be a long while before I go back there..didn’t help that my chicken wings a mess, some were good and some were overcooked.

This place is awesome and the customer service was amazingly great!!! Raj was the young lady who took care of me. I guess good customer service isn't dead yet!

Customer service was amazing, and the food was extremely fresh. The restaurant was very clean and organized. This location is inside a Walmart, and there is parking inside for you to leave your grocery cart so you can keep an eye on it and enjoy your meal. A+++

Saw that there was a Charlie’s in this Walmart and I was so excited to take my husband there because he has never had it and I ordered my usual for him and I had to repeat myself to the cashier like a thousand times because he kept not understanding the super simple order and then we got our food and it was still all wrong and I’m super bummed because I really wanted my husband to try my all time favorite. It’s literally just a chicken cali with ranch pickles and lettuce but the cashier was just staring at me like a deer in headlights and then we got our sandwiches with completely different toppings on it.

I saw that this place had a negative review and I couldn’t let Charley’s go out like this. This Charley’s is great! The food was great, they get my order right every time, and the service is great as well! The team there is a little different then what this area may be used to however I love that they are finally becoming more diverse in this area. So to person who left a bad review, what truly did you have an issue with? I have no affiliation at all with Charley’s but I can’t stand this area of Mechanicsburg people think they are so entitled and they aren’t open to change.

Really bad service she is holding the phone while I'm standing there she did not want to take my order taking forever so I left then she said sir I said yes she said are you going to buy anything I told here I've Been standing for hours then she gave me an attitude I don't know if this is a man or woman put she must be
