I don’t understand how they can never get my order right. One chicken nugget meal with large fries for my twins to split, a wrap for me… but… no fries, they didn’t give us fries and I didn’t notice until it was too late. It’s always something.

My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! THANK YOU

Do not recommend at all. very slow service with only 3 cars & the person taking the payment couldn't figure out how much to give me back when my bill was 10.92 & I gave him 21.00. He would only give me 9.08 back & I explained I should get 10.08 back. a gentleman came to assist & he told him he only keyed 20.00 & not 21.00 & that he gave me the 1.00 back which he did not. He continued to argue & then he didn't give me the shakes. I had to beep my horn for him to come back to drive thru. Awful service & help.

This might be the slowest chick fil a around Mechanicsburg. We love ourselves some chick fil a, but we're usually in line for 20 minutes for something as simple as a lemonade and coffee. I will say the staff are very friendly.

We visit Chick Fil A's weekly, when this location opened, it became our go-to, but no longer. My Mobile order is never in a timely manner or in order of the cars. The staff are polite, but the operations are not done well. The Carlisle branch is excellent.
Parking: There's plenty of parking, but go SLOW. Every enter/exit to the parking lot interferes with drive thru. Nervous about winter and ice upon exiting to Rt 15.
A wonderful place and the top of the hill location is very cool! Delicious Chic-Fil-A as always.

Always very slow but have given this location 5 chances. Something is always cold or missing. Used the drive-thru yesterday only to get home and realize we were shorted a sandwich. My husband had to drive back over there so they could fix the order just to come back home and eat cold fries. Not very convenient or fun way to spend that much $$$ and we LOVE Chick-fil-A. We’ll just stick to another location.

ordered a small breakfast, had 2 people in front of me. took 15 almost 20 minutes and I was still in line. left the line and my food behind, this line left me late for work. will never be going to chick fil a ever again, fast food should not take this long especially with an almost empty line
