Have been to this Chick-fil-A 5 times now. Compared to other stores in the area, this one really needs some work. Food is always a long wait even when it's not busy. Also the food does not come hot and fresh like the other stores. In each order we have had mistakes and missing items also which i have never had at the one on the pike or in camphill. From now on will just drive a little longer and go to the ones on the pike or camp hill.

We placed an order for a party.The time of pick up was 4:30-4:45. I arrived at 4:30 and order was not ready.I don't mind a few minutes late..but I didn't get the order till almost 5:15. No apologies from them. While I was patiently waiting I could hear the kitchen area having lots of laughs. Nothing wrong with that,but maybe they just need to work a little faster and be more attentive to the customer.A "sorry for the delay" goes along way.I will not be back to this Chic..but will do the others who do have that act together!!

We are so glad to have you here in Upper Allen! We've been here 6 times. Each at different times of the day and different days of yhe week. Each and every time, we got through the order process with ease. Our food has always been correct, proper temp and delicious. I'm sure we'll be back again soon!Ps...the mac-n-cheese is super yummy. Milkshakes are thick and tasty. Fries are waffle cut and are crisp and tasty. Salads have plenty of toppings and fill you up.Parking: There is plenty of paved parking in the parking lot.
Had a very poor experience at this location. Everything in my $40+ order except for a large fry, mac n cheese and a large drink was wrong. Mike who we were directed to too correct the order did not offer the typical “chick - fil - a” experience and seemed to care less. By the time the issue was corrected the rest of the order was cold and soggy. Very disappointed in tonight’s experience.

Very Clean. Never had to wait long for food no matter how busy they were. Staff is very friendly. People need to understand this is a new facility with many new employees still learning. Food has always been great and never had an issue with anything missing as I see the staff checking bags multiple times to ensure accuracy. Keep up the great work.
