When do this particular one for lunch, and I must say that this is probably the best one in the area as of right now January 2026, food was exactly the way it's supposed to be, service was fantastic and friendly 🍻

I must say I have been disappointed in the Upper Allen Township store lately. I have been there twice with my grandchildren and both times we waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. We were seated immediately. I would rather they tell me when they seat me that it could take a while to get our food. These 2 visits are not the only disappointing visits recently. I have gotten cold food and waited on numerous other occasions. I hope somebody pays attention to this review. I do not like putting out bad reviews but I have been way too patient with them.

So far, the only woke thing about this Cracker Barrel is the newly designed menu. They have not yet changed the interior of the restaurant or the store. The portion size is much smaller too. Ordered a Grandma's Breakfast and was able to eat the entire breakfast without the need to bring leftovers home.

Visited Aug, 2025. The biscuits were smooth, different, flat- horrible texture & taste? Not the typical, flaky(fresh baked)- we’re just terrible! Also, the sausage gravy was bland- no flavor/seasoning and very flour tasting. Service was VERY SLOW as it took more than 30 minutes to get our order (for 3 people) especially having Many empty tables and not busy for Sunday @ 11 AM. Shop and overall environment seemed the same and very pleasant. Your biscuits and corn bread were the BEST! Please don’t change something that has been consistently good for YEARS.

I like Cracker Barrel store & restaurant. I almost always get the Chicken & Dumplings, the last 2 times that I have gotten it , it was not as good as it usually is. I had to send the mashed potatoes back because they tasted old & they were cold also .
