Excellent service from Tracy. We are a group of old military veterans (70 to 85 yrs old) that meet monthly for breakfast @ CB. Tables are prepared for our group in advance (we're regulars) and our coffee cups are filled w/o asking! Food is great, only detractor is that old guys can't hear too well w/ all the background noise - but that's really out of CB's control.

Parking: Mechanicsburg PA CB - come look for yourself - - great access.

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem here; also one of our guys is blind, another is on wheelchair. We take care of our own.

Our waiter, Ian, was fantastic. The food was extremely slow, but he kept coming back to fill our coffee and water, brought rolls, etc. He was very attentative.

Only one meal option for Thanksgiving, it's pretty good though, only nitpick is they decided to serve mashed sweet potato's rather than regular mashed potato's. I'm not a fan of that part, otherwise it was great.

The food took a LONG time to come out. They also had no crayons left at all for my kids to color their menu with. Server was kind, sympathetic, and attentive. We had no problem with her service. I ordered the new york strip steak and half of it was fat. I asked them to take it back and please make me a chopped steak. That came out fine, but they were completely out of all their steak sauce. I know these things seem small, but they add up to a disappointing visit, especially given that we were on our way home from a holiday visit with family upstate. This is the second consecutive Cracker Barrel restaurant that I have had issues arise at, and I am beginning to fear that the chain is losing their way.

Cracker Barrel has been known for its quality and reasonable restaurant prices for decades, and this location is no exception. There's really nothing more to say except, enjoy your meal, but expect to pay inflated prices if you shop the store section.

Parking: I think it has far more parking than the restaurant/store can handle people, so there should be no trouble getting a spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: We actually have a family member in a wheelchair who ate with us, and it has a slow incline ramp that does not make you zigzag.

Food was very good, but there were aluminum foil shrapnel in the pot roast. The server and the kitchen were stellar in addressing the situation. which can happen to anyone, for myself as well as subsequent diners. Overall, a professional reaction and a positive experience all things considered.

Dietary restrictions: The menu alerts diners to let the servers know when there's a allergy issue before ordering.

We got there at around 7-7:30 in the evening, and the food was probably the best we’ve ever gotten at a Cracker Barrel. Our waitress could’ve been a little more on top of our drink refills, but other than that it was a great experience. My daughter had lost her paci in the store and the cashier helped me look for it and was actually able to find it for us. Everyone was very friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Best experience we’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the kids menu activities, she loves the little peg game on the table, and they have such good kids menu food options that there’s always something on it that she wants. And the high chairs actually buckle and aren’t broke!
