The biscuits were hard as a rock. The waitress never brought the corn bread out. I told her to bring out my gravy and biscuits with my friends meal and she brought it out way before my friends meal. My friends meal was chicken and dumplings it was cold. All in all I am very unhappy with the service and the food. I have been these the past 4 times and it has been bad. I love it and I am very disappointed ☹️

I love Cracker Barrell, but I only gave the service a three because it often takes forever for the food to come out. This time it took about 35 minutes to get our food. Our server was excellent and did apologize for it, but that's my biggest complaint about this store.

Flavor of food was "off". Mashed potatoes, country gravy and CFC tasted of a strong herb across the board. 2 of our party ordered the same dish. Dumplings as side with one dish we're less than room temperature. Not the first time for cooler side. Meatloaf dinner- the meat loaf was very loose. Texture wise it was not enjoyable. Ate it with a spoon.

Stopped in expecting to wait awhile for food. Not what happened. Tracy was exceptional. She had drinks out. Salad out. Then food… all within ten minutes time. Great experience. Fantastic server.

came in at 10:45 for lunch and was told lunch doesn't start until 11:00. We have been regulars there for years and have always eaten lunch early, before 11:00. Now all of a sudden, the blue haired guy tells us we have to wait. Well mister blue hair, you have lost regular customers. All over 15 minutes. He even said, another couple are shopping to kill time until 11:00. That is not good customer service. Our kids have bought us gift certificates for years, I will tell them to pick a different restaurant going forward. Mr. blue hair, you should be a little more service oriented. I would give it a 0 rating, but that is not an option. The worst part is that Mr. blue hair was unapologetic about it. WEAK at best.
