I have been coming to Denny's for 40 years now. The food and service has always been good, but after covid it has noticeably been on the decline. Service is poor. Wait time to get drinks is unacceptable. Wait time to get food was unacceptable and the restaurant was not busy. Once the food came out my kids' chicken tenders and fries were overcooked. My food came out 5 mins later. My omelette had no flavorful taste and my pancakes were not served with syrup on the side. I could go on and on. I am truly disappointed with Denny's on a whole because this is not the only Denny's where I received either bad food, bad service or both. Get it together Denny's!, we have other places where we can spend our hard earned money.
So we were excited this opened bakc up for the weekends 24 because late night hang out spot again. But this was horrible Took 1 hour 25 minutes to get are food. The waitress never came back that whole time to fill up our drinks. My sister got her food first while the 4 of us sat there another 35 minutes qaitinf foe ours to xome out the food finally came out and 3 of the orders were wrong and the fries were really cold . The manager was a complete jerk abt it and it took a police threat for him to finally do something abt our bill as 2 of the meals sat on the table untouched. Horrible experience and will never go back for late night again. Keep tour morning hours Dennys because ur 3rd shift crew suck big time. And there attuides are just as bad as the food

Waiter was very nice and polite when asked to see the manager he was the cook. I never get to see him about the food being bad. I asked for a refund on the caramel apple crisp dessert, and the boneless wings and I was told by the waiter that he can't give a refund because the bill was already paid. The dessert was hard and the apples were undercooked. The boneless wings had a burnt taste and was very salty. I will never again go to another denny's again.

**Veterans Day Disappointment**
As a veteran, I have always appreciated the gratitude shown by local businesses on Veterans Day. However, this year, Denny's let me down.
The usual complimentary breakfast for veterans is the Grand Slam. This year, I decided to try a new item on the menu called the "Taco Skillet." This dish arrived with avocados that were clearly overripe and spoiled. I informed the waitress of the issue, and she replaced the avocados with another set that were equally unappetizing.
When asked if everything was satisfactory, I expressed my dissatisfaction and questioned the chef's ability to distinguish between ripe and spoiled avocados. This incident highlights the difficulty in finding reliable and competent staff.
To add insult to injury, I was still charged the full price of $20 for the inedible meal.
I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made.

Ok, I’m a bit prejudiced. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and Denny’s is my favorite restaurant. This Denny’s was typical. I got there very early in the morning, missing the usual breakfast crowd. The decor had the usual typical diner appearance. The waitress was very pleasant, the pancakes were delicious, and the coffee as hot. The meal was free because it was my birthday month.
