I love that there are more locally owned bakery starting to show up in the area with fresh donuts and a wide variety. This place is great. They had so many different options and the service was fantastic. The donuts were fresh and they were good. Very fluffy and large. Update: we placed our second order online and they didn't have all the donuts apparently that we ordered so they literally were making them fresh on the spot when we got there! That's customer service! Hopefully you can open a spot in Carlisle!
I am gluten free and tried Dough and Joe’s donuts on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. They nailed it. These are gluten free donuts that actually taste like donuts. Light, delicious, and everything I have been missing. This tucked away location is a hidden gem. I was in heaven.

Best donuts I’ve ever eaten. Better than Maple Donuts, Dough n’ Joe’s will assure you’ll never go near a Dunkin’ donut again. These donuts are the perfect consistency - the crullers are incredible! Filled donuts are full to the rim with filling. In spite of this, the donuts are not overly heavy or too filling to eat. Peanut butter filled glazed with chocolate icing and crushed peanut topping and toasted coconut with chocolate and caramel drizzle were great! Can’t wait to return to try more flavors. Service excellent, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Iced hazelnut coffee also perfect.

The fact that we can get fresh gluten free donuts is a game changer! They didn’t make my husband ill and he has celiac disease. Will be back again!

The older woman at the front counter was the most lovely human ever. I didn’t catch her name, she had shorter hair with glasses. We can’t thank her enough for her smile and good vibes! The donuts are delicious and we will be coming back just to see her for amazing service! We live 40 minutes away but we love the service! Couldn’t recommend more.
