After 2 visits to the remodeled Freshido, I feel like I have found a hidden treasure! I’m completely over all of the National chain restaurants on the pike that are over crowded and not well managed. When you walk into Freshido Mechanicsburg it is quiet with pleasant music playing. My food was delicious and the service was prompt but relaxed. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The menu variety is good and I can’t wait to try more dishes.

Love the food and service, but it's freezing in here. Now that they are a dine in restaurant with service, they need to do something about the full force draft when someone opens the door, which is often because of how busy and popular they are. In smer months I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue.Chairs suck. Don't bother sliding in if you are plus size unless you are okay with sittingin horribly uncomfortable chairs that are meant for people who aren't overweight in the slightest. The bar top chairs are even worse.I think it's (chairs) a brand thing, unfortunately, but as the metal dogs into my sides and thighs, I can visibly see it do the same to many others sitting here.

Food remains stellar but the new format at the Mechanicsburg location is NOT it. It was really nice to see the freshness of the ingredients before choosing, and the system for getting takeout at walk-in is whack. Hope it’s temporary.

- This review is on the remodeled Freshido with wok cooking -I would like to preface that I have been a longstanding Freshido enjoyer, and the new version does not disappoint. Alongside the same bowls that they are known for, they now also offer a more relaxed and refined dining option. The two models seem quite different to me: the quick bowls are healthy, fast food while the other option seems almost restaurant-like, but they coexist well. The new menu (which I love - the amount of creativity and different flavors will keep me returning) also has a good amount of gluten free options. I do not know the safety of more sensitive people, but I, with a moderate allergy, seem to be doing well. Overall, I think that once they have a little bit of time to make everything work out it will be perfect.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available on both menus

What happened to this place? Whose brilliant idea was to move the food in the back? Fire that person. The menu is not up when you walk in,wait time was long as well.

*Edit - so this was a case of lack of/mis - information. So happy to hear that the bowls are still around, and will definitely have to check it out again. Kiosks to come soon for easy ordering and you can order bowls online - it's simply no longer quick service. I appreciate the fast response and the shrimp we had last night were very good, if not what we expected!Original post - This place used to be an amazing quick service restaurant with amazing build your own bowls. Went in tonight and it's now a sit-down place with none of the healthy options that were on their quick service? Bring back the old Freshido!

I tried to do an order on this new online thing you have to do and there’s no option for vegetarians you HAVE to pick a meat! Please update this because they don’t allow you to place an order inside either!

Freshido is an asian style make you own bowl with sushi meats and lots of toppings. Everything is super tasty and one of my local favorites to attend. If you’re in the area make it a point to stop and grab a bowl, you won’t be

The food was delicious, filling, and light. I was full but didn’t feel heavy or overstuffed. You can get a named, already listed bowl or you can make your own (similar to chipotle line)! Tons of options! This restaurant was clean and well-kept. Staff were very helpful with recommendations.Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian protein options- including tofu.

They have specials that you can order or you can build-your-own poke bowl. The bowls taste fresh, and they have flavorful sauces. Boba Tea is also available, would recommend the jasmine tea!

Smaller portions and higher prices than I would prefer, but the staff is amazing (the young man who helped us was patient, understanding and very respectful) and the food is pretty good. I don't like how the carrot is cut, tho, every bite ends up having all carrot in it. I like carrots, that's why I got some on my bowl, but I am here for the fish and rice, not carrot and carrot.

Freshiido is pleasant find, and a great option for a lunch more on the healthier side. The ability to create your own bowl is appealing, and allows for quite the variety of meals. There is seating available inside here as well.

Came in for late lunch. Place has that industrial feel and it's really open. Food was amazing. I ordered citrus salmon with three scoops. . Flavored sodas were a nice touch to beverage selection.
