Great place for food and to play pool or just hang out

I ordered lamb chops. They were laid on a giant pile of mash potatoes. They used a rosemary twig for garnish. The flavor was just ordinary meat. The rosemary was wasted. If they cooked them with olive oil and rosemary it would have tasted great. Such a waste of my money. Never again will I want food from this ordinary place. A happy meal would have had more flavor.

Youre greated promptly with a smile, seated with diligence, and friendliness abounds from their staff. I mark this restaurant as #1 on my quest for burger heaven in mechanicsburg. Their homemade chips were delicious and my overall visit was beyond satisfying.

Ordered some Thi seafood dinner for my wife and it was horrible, seafood seamed under cooked and sauce very acidic. Myself ordered a steak which was good but both our sides of broccoli was completely raw hard as a rock. I mentioned my wife's dinner to bar tender but she just brushed it off. Hows that for a $135.00 dinner?

Came in atmosphere was ok until, we got a couple of stares as if we were aliens. So, if you're anything other than Caucasian you will feel out of place. Ok, then we placed our order, my cousin began to open her cloth napkin and out came a long strain of hair. Notified waitress (Hannah) about the problem, she apologized and she gave my cousin another napkin rolled with silverware. Next, dinner rolls came out, first basket of dinner rolls were perfect. The second basket another long strain of hair was on the top of the 2 of the buttered dinner rolls. We then, notified the waitress (Hannah) again about separate ordeal. She again apologized and we ask to see manager, she also told us she told the manager(Tiffany). The manager(Tiffany) came out well after our dinner. And, ask was everything ok, and when we explained the situation she acted as if she wasn't aware and asked us what do we expect her to do about it? We was really surprised as to why would she ask us and she's in the customer service business. Then she said, well I can give you 10% off the bill. The accommodation was as if she really didn't want to
accommodate us for any of the 2 HAIR STRAIN DISGUSTING ORDEALS WE HAD. I WILL NOT EVER COME HERE AGAIN AND REALLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A DOG HERE!!! AND ADVISE THIS ESTABLISHMENT TRAIN TIFFANY(MANAGER)TO HAVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!

I took my mom here for lunch the other day, and my food was so bad that I’m not sure I’ll return. I’ve been a regular here for a while but no more. Things have gone downhill at this place. Do not, I repeat, do NOT get the lobster roll. It was horrible. No taste. Nothing in it like mayo and celery. I could not eat most of it. Tasteless. My fries were cold. Terrible. Their food used to be really good. I have noticed recently that they do not do a very good lunch business. It was dead. C’mon, Gilligan’s, you can do better. I noticed that no one in management ever responds to complaints on here. That’s a bad sign right there. Our waitress was really nice, though.

Do not go at 3;30pm,You will not get seated.4 diners on each side of podium eating.Server came and checked on them looked at us and said something to two heads seen to the right dining room total wait time 10 minnutes and left.
We had a great dinner at almost closing time. Our server Sarah was wonderful! USA soccer won!! Yay USA!
