Gilligan's Bar And Grill

Used an old gift card and was told that the system was down and we would have to go to another location to have the card reissued. Waitress was extremely rude even though she would receive a mandatory 20% tip for any party over 8 despite her very slow service. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

Was in there tonight and WILL NEVER EVER come back to this location or any 1 work party there. The manager was sooo beyond rude she yelled at us and she walked away waving her hands making my daughter cry. The whole restaurant looked at that nut job. Ashame to because we were regulars along with our doctors.

I always have taken out due to work but I would love to catch a game, have dinner here.

??Worst waitress
I was there in the past two weekends and the food was amazing, but the waitress really bad, we waited 45 minutes to get my food and I asked for the manager and never showed up, the front people didn't help they were talking about cars racing, our waitress was a girl with the curly hair and she was really slow I forgot her name but definitely never come back until I can talk with a real manager very disappointed ????

The spanakopita and the warm rolls were wonderful. The turkey and cranberry Panini was just a whole bunch of dry bread with a tiny bit of turkey lunch meat. I was hard pressed to taste any cranberry in my cranberry relish.

Celebrated my grandsons birthday on a Friday night. We were a party of six. This was the second time we have had his Birthday party at Gilligan's on the Carlisle Pike. Again the food was fantastic. I had the Thai Seafood Platter which was so delicious with sides of rice pilaf and asparagus perfectly cooked
crisp tender. Other diners had the Chicken Chesapeake, bowl of chili, Reuben sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, Crab stuffed mushrooms imperial, and bone-in wings. Everyone agreed their meals were super delicious. Waiter Robert was having a tough night but persevered with a smile and good humour. My only complaint is the lighting. While the center of the dining room has adequate light, it was so dark along the wall where we sat, that we had real trouble reading the menus. I understand, management is going for ambience, perhaps some candles on the tables would be in order. I will definitely be returning to Gilligan's Mechanicsburg in the future and hopefully will have
Robert has our waiter again.

The staff is very friendly and the bartender Bo really knows how to make some good drinks. As well as the other bartender. I love the atmosphere

Excellent food. We had the hot wings, onion rings and a wedge salad. The wait staff were attentive and accommodating.
The music was too loud (I'm not a prude, I'm a metal head so volume usually doesn't bother me) and didn't fit the clientele very well. Cool, clean bathrooms.

Excellent establishment! Food is always great. Personal favorite is the Prime Rib which melts in your mouth. All the servers are professionals and will ensure your experience is perfect. Had an issue today where I had ordered unsweetened iced tea and it came out sweet. The server immediately corrected the situation.

The quality of the food and service was just fair while prices were comparatively high. My room-temperature meal was fine, but overpriced for the so-so quality. In particular, I ordered a baked potato that arrived gummy on the outside. That’s ok for a $22 meal, but disappointing for one that costs nearly $40. My server brought the bill before I was halfway done with my dinner, never offered me a drink refill, and disappeared completely after I paid. The atmosphere was lovely but the acoustics made the dining room extraordinary loud.
