This is my 3rd season coming to this place for crabs. I used to go to another crabshack in Dover but they closed down. I picked up a dozen medium today and once again they were heavy and delicious and always better than the previous place I went to get crabs. They put just the perfect amount of seasoning on them. Highly recommend Grappling Crab Shack.
We ordered 3 doz jumbo crabs today. We also got a pint of Chesapeake Pasta Salad. The crabs and the pasta tasted great. They were well worth it. I definitely recommend The Grappling Crab Shack.
What a truly hidden gem adding the Yellow Breeches Creek. We split a dozen medium-large mix of crabs and a pint of pasta salad. Everything was delicious. And definitely for more large than medium crabs. It’s a take out/picnic place, so there is no inside seating or bathroom. If you want to eat by the scenic creek, like we did, bring your own picnic supplies (table cloth, plates, wipes, utensils) and beverages. They have crab utensils for sale.
