I just can't get enough scrumptious lumptious blue crabs! This place always carries the freshest blue crabs and a small variety of seafoods, including little neck clams, oysters, and some frozen options. I love getting the female crabs for their delicious roe and this is always guaranteed to have many in stock! If you sign up for their mailing list, you often get specials sent directly to your email or text. Service is always great. Call ahead if you want your crabs steamed and piping hot!

Ordered several hundreds of dollars worth of live crabs, among other items, for a family get together. I recieved a call stating that my order could not be filled on the day that I needed them by. This order was made almost a month in advance. Now I know things happen, but what bothered me was the total lack of customer service from the staff. In no way shape or form did they give the impression that the business I was giving them was appreciated, and did not make any attempt to remedy the situation. This is the first time I've had a bad experience using this company which is a shame since every other time had been exceptional. Heck, I would have been happy if they would have threw In a t-shirt or took care of the shipping cost, as a gesture to make things right. Just a very disappointing experience overall.

So this is the first time I ordered from harbor house crabs. I watched numerous videos online, saw reviews and decided I wanted to order from them. I brought 2 dozen of Maryland blue crabs females medium. To my surprise the crabs were very soft to touch they broke easily also the majority of them had turned green inside. Also the seasoning was very very salty. I spent $119 on these crabs and I could have saved that money, I live and learn will not be buying in the future

Had a fantastic crab dinner with my family. Crabs were delivered on time, perfectly seasoned and tasted great. Not one "bad" crab in the 1/2 bushel!

Not sure why you would say you're open until 7 when you "shut down your steamers" at 6:30PM and won't even prepare food for people when they call. If you can't perform your advertised service, what that is called in my mind is being closed and you should change your business hours to reflect that. Not a sensible business model, and definitely not considerate of potential customers.

Curt Engle, a Harbour House Crabs representative, replied to me and offered to replace my order with a dozen of the larger Jumbo soft shell crabs. I haven't taste the new ones yet, but the size are much bigger, and more importantly, all the crawls and legs are attached to its body. For $15 more for the Jumbo size, I will never order the overpriced Prime (or Hotel) again! Harbour House, please be accurate in your website discrimination of these lower size/grade crabs, because they are nothing like the actual ones. When the crabs arrived, the expectations were misleading and disappointing. In fact, if the quality of Prime were anything like the ones I received, I would highly recommend Harbour House to remove Prime (and Hotel) off of its product line. Those tiny disgusting limbless crabs only hurt the reputation of Harbour House, which is known for quality products.
Just spent $175 on crabmeat and realized I used my personal credit card vs business. Nicki, the manager, refused to switch the charges to the other card. Now on, I'll buy my crabs and crabmeat from my friends at Costas in Baltimore. Ordering from their website, Jumbo Lump is only $35 there compared to HH's $48 price.

This was my first order from you & I have to tell you, they were fantastic! All twelve crabs were perfect! My mother & I really enjoyed them. I was a little leary about ordering them but I figured your company had to be pretty credible to be on Fox & Friends which is how I discovered you. Your web site is excellent! It is very informative & easy to place an order. I was also sent an email informing me of confirmation of my order & another one when my order shipped. They were delicious! These were full of firm, sweet crab meat. We enjoyed them so much. As always, they were perfectly packed. Still frozen ice so the crabs were still cold. We got them inside quickly and right into a refrigerator since it was well over 100 degrees here the day they arrived. We've been ordering from them for years.
