I've been a regular here for a few years with the family. I don't think we will be coming back after today's experience. Place is poorly ran. Not unusual for them to be out of items at the salad bar....today it was the crab soup which we would purposely come on Sundays to get. Burger old and dried up, the kids chicken tenders hard, salad bar was suspect with veggies that were clearly bad or going bad. Mac and cheese was also old and dried up, and multiple spaces empty on desert bar. Every time I come here the food gets worse and worse.

Doors were locked 20 minutes prior to closing on Sunday night (3/17). They were supposed to close at 8:30pm. Open sign was still hanging in the window with people visible inside eating. Drove 15 minutes to get there.....

The quality of the food here is mediocre, but that's what I've come to expect from Hoss's. What sets this one apart is their servers. They are always friendly and happy to help.Kid-friendliness: Lots of good kids options and the salad bar has plenty of things like mac and cheese and sweets for kids to pick from.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp to get in the place seems a bit off to the side and awkward, but there is plenty of room inside the restaurant to accommodate a wheelchair. The tables aren't super close together, and I'm sure they would move things around to make it work.

I don't like having to pick aluminum foil out of a cut through the aluminum foil potato or sweat potato. This isn't how it's done.
Salad Bar was well stocked with plenty of options, but the cheesteak was subpar. Next time, I'll just stick to the salad bar.
