Update - I provided this same feedback to the Jimmy John website as requested in the response. I will provide an update when someone contacts or in one week, which ever is sooner. My guess is no one responds because I can see I’m not the first bad with the generic response and still no improvement.

Service was quick and establishment was clean. However I will not come back to this place. We got turkey subs. The bread was very hard and not freshly made. There was maybe two pieces of turkey on the subs. What a waste of money. Take a look at the pics. What a scam. I’d say this is a prime example of false advertising!

It's not surprising that this restaurant never asks for feedback or sends a survey. There is no place i can find on the app to deliver feedback. This is disappointing since my online order is wrong about half the time.

Amazing fresh sandwiches. The bread is out of this world. Lovely selection on what you can add to your sandwich. Parking is ample but tricky. The people who work here are amazing. Wonderful experience.

Worst sub I’ve ever seen. Very thin slices of meat, couldn’t find the letttuce, there was a slice of tomato and cheese. Ordered with everything, this was all there was on the “sub”. The person on the counter did a nice job and was very pleasant although I’ll never order again. Too many better places

I want to be kind, but not the best choice

Customer walks in door. 12:15 Friday. 2 people in the place at a table. Not a soul in line. Employees having non-essential convo. Employee stops to engage customer. Customer tries to start order, but employee disengages to listen to the end of that story. Customer leaves to spend money elsewhere without comment. Employee shrugs. I shrug too because the food is good here but service is so terribly inconsistent. Not the first time aive come in here and felt like I was interrupting. You can skip the automated response reply. Just makes it worse.

Right hand to God, I could not believe meat can be sliced so thin that it had no taste. That's my experience with the Tuscan Italian Wrap from Jimmy John's on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. The Wrap was all lettuce with meat sliced thinner than a sheet of paper. I'm done with JJ's.

The prices are too high for delivery. I won't pay a delivery fee and a tip. They need to get rid of the delivery fee. I was a regular customer probably weekly before that was added. Now I am maybe once a month or even every 2 months

Frequent customer here at Jimmy John’s but I was disappointed on the serving at this location today. I tried the new caprese salami pesto sandwich and the sandwich came out disgusting and unappetizing. It was smothered with balsamic glaze and can’t taste the other ingredients. Very disappointed!

Not only is there a lot of empty vape devices littering the parking lot outside, when i walked in it smelled like marijuana heavy. This is a sub shop, not a dispensary.

so let me get this straight. i call and after you block my number so i can’t ask where my check is. you refuse to give me the owners number so i can locate it, and then your manager blocks my number after lying to me that i had a check ready and calling me a sped? deadass worst business ever, and it’s all thanks to the hypocritical idiots in management

Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.
