We will definitely not be back if I could give my experience today 0 stars I would . They (mom and daughter)were super nagging/ rude and overall obnoxious. We have been there previously with just the male working the front desk and he is super kind and helpful. If you must visit call and ask if they’re there first to save yourself the headache. To respond to owner: if you want to have a “policy” it should be applied consistently not whenever you guys feel like it. Never in the other times have we came were we HOUNDED about socks. If you listened to people when you get reviews instead of trying to defend how obnoxious you are your business would be better off. Have a good day 😘

This is the 2nd time we have visited this establishment. Both times our littles have had so much fun! We love this place! It is clean, lots of things for the kiddo’s to do, and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. They explain all the rules etc.
Adults are $5 each for entry Grippy socks are $3
I do not mind paying these small fees as I know they aid in keeping this wonderful place open and running. Small price to pay for a wonderful place for kids.
Do not listen to the bad reviews. This place is wonderful and great for both kids and adults.

We had SOOO much fun here! My littles are 3 and 1- perfect for their age!! Sooo much to do! They did not get bored. Everything is so unique. Very clean as well. The lady (I believe it’s the owner) is the sweetest and very professional!

So many options! We signed my oldest up for a cake decorating workshop while we took the youngest kiddos to decorate their own cupcakes. Finished off our day with playing with the mini mansions for a couple of hours and everyone had a blast! Owner is incredibly sweet

We've attended 2 different events. Weren't a fan of either one. The owners has her very young children working and running things. I will say place is clean but with their attitudes and how they treat guests we wont be returning. Also pizza is terrible and Mac and cheese is even worse. Save ur money and eat anywhere else.

Loved this place wasn’t sure based on some other reviews but the owner is super nice not money hungry accommodating offering cups for water. Also super clean and so much to do my daughter who is 2 had so much fun. Also liked the area for smaller babies

My son and I came in the other day for the mini mansions. He had a blast! The price was on par for other play areas. I think the idea of the cupcake/cookie decorating is very unique and something we’ll have to try another time. My only problem was that there wasn’t really a seat for grownups in the play area, there is seating it’s just outside of the play area. For a velcro kid like mine that wasn’t close enough.

First time visiting and man was it wonderful! My grandsons just loved all the different buildings along with the cupcake decorating. Can't wait to bring them back again. The staff are amazing, helpful and sweet. They even played hide and seek with our kids. Thank you for such a fun afternoon.

My family and I loved it here. We went for the first time on 06/04/2025 and had a blast. First of all, the business is family owned and the WHOLE family works there. Each of them are amazing and we were greeted by Tonna (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was phenomenal. Explained how the process worked, 2 hours play time and then we can spend as much time decorating.
We spent about 3.5 to almost 4 hours there. My son is 2.5 years old and loved it. He had so much fun running around when it was time to decorate, they have a lot of sprinkles, fondant and icing to choose from. Even a wall full of baking cutters and other cool things. Well worth the money and time. Truly happen to continue coming here. You all are AWESOME!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a birthday party. I went with my four kids three of them were going to be playing with my brother-in-law and his kids at the play place and then decorate cupcakes. I was not going to be doing any but just watching yet they would not let me in without paying.
I am not paying to watch my kids play. That is ridiculous. So I spent the two hours they were there walking around the neighboring shops and giving business to places that actually want people to visit versus a place that uses deceptive tactics to get a few $
Also making everyone even parents buy socks... surprised we didn't have to pay for the air we were breathing as well. Maybe I will check my brother in laws receipt, perhaps he did?

Your place is quite large and can fit a number of people. I know lots of places that we frequent that when the kids play the parents don't pay. Sorry that's just ridiculous.

I've lost track of how many events I've attended here both personally with my family and professionally with my job, but every single one has far exceeded expectations. The staff is so welcoming, kind and accommodating and the value is well worth it.
Most recently we attended the Easter Egg Hunt event, and this event, once again, far exceeded our expectations! All instructions were communicated clearly and timed perfectly so there wasn't too much downtime for my rowdy toddler to lose interest. The Mini Mansions are a perfect addition and exactly what the West Shore needed. We stayed the entire time because, despite missing nap, I couldn't pull my toddler away. He was sad to leave, but we will definitely be back! I added gift cards and a punch card to his birthday wishlist before we even left for the day. Thank you so much for all that you do for the community and your customers! This is what keeps us coming back!
