We've attended 2 different events. Weren't a fan of either one. The owners has her very young children working and running things. I will say place is clean but with their attitudes and how they treat guests we wont be returning. Also pizza is terrible and Mac and cheese is even worse. Save ur money and eat anywhere else.

My son and I came in the other day for the mini mansions. He had a blast! The price was on par for other play areas. I think the idea of the cupcake/cookie decorating is very unique and something we’ll have to try another time. My only problem was that there wasn’t really a seat for grownups in the play area, there is seating it’s just outside of the play area. For a velcro kid like mine that wasn’t close enough.

First time visiting and man was it wonderful! My grandsons just loved all the different buildings along with the cupcake decorating. Can't wait to bring them back again. The staff are amazing, helpful and sweet. They even played hide and seek with our kids. Thank you for such a fun afternoon.

We only went for the mini mansion part. Great place to go and play. My daughters are 4 and 2 and they both had a great time. The price is reasonable, too.

My family and I loved it here. We went for the first time on 06/04/2025 and had a blast. First of all, the business is family owned and the WHOLE family works there. Each of them are amazing and we were greeted by Tonna (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was phenomenal. Explained how the process worked, 2 hours play time and then we can spend as much time decorating.
We spent about 3.5 to almost 4 hours there. My son is 2.5 years old and loved it. He had so much fun running around when it was time to decorate, they have a lot of sprinkles, fondant and icing to choose from. Even a wall full of baking cutters and other cool things. Well worth the money and time. Truly happen to continue coming here. You all are AWESOME!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a birthday party. I went with my four kids three of them were going to be playing with my brother-in-law and his kids at the play place and then decorate cupcakes. I was not going to be doing any but just watching yet they would not let me in without paying.
I am not paying to watch my kids play. That is ridiculous. So I spent the two hours they were there walking around the neighboring shops and giving business to places that actually want people to visit versus a place that uses deceptive tactics to get a few $
Also making everyone even parents buy socks... surprised we didn't have to pay for the air we were breathing as well. Maybe I will check my brother in laws receipt, perhaps he did?

Your place is quite large and can fit a number of people. I know lots of places that we frequent that when the kids play the parents don't pay. Sorry that's just ridiculous.

I've lost track of how many events I've attended here both personally with my family and professionally with my job, but every single one has far exceeded expectations. The staff is so welcoming, kind and accommodating and the value is well worth it.
Most recently we attended the Easter Egg Hunt event, and this event, once again, far exceeded our expectations! All instructions were communicated clearly and timed perfectly so there wasn't too much downtime for my rowdy toddler to lose interest. The Mini Mansions are a perfect addition and exactly what the West Shore needed. We stayed the entire time because, despite missing nap, I couldn't pull my toddler away. He was sad to leave, but we will definitely be back! I added gift cards and a punch card to his birthday wishlist before we even left for the day. Thank you so much for all that you do for the community and your customers! This is what keeps us coming back!

I took my nieces to the kids night out. When I dropped them off the owner's were amazing about everything. They went over the policy and rules for the night so everything was very clear what was offered and included in what they would be doing. When we got there we were greeted right away, the owners were very friendly. The girls had so much fun they didnt want to leave. This is their favorite place to go. They offer so many different activities and options to fit all kinds of things for kids to do or to do as a family. We have to drag the girls out everytime we go. Highly recommend!

We’ve been going to Jubilee Cake Studio for years! My daughter had a birthday party there when she turned five, and we have attended multiple parties throughout the years. Its always organized, clean and fun. We’ve also attended workshops and summer camps throughout the years. It’s always been a good experience for us!

I’ve officially been to 3 separate events at Jubilee Cakes now and each were different with one being an adults date night, one being a toddler time princess cupcake workshop, and today we did a slime workshop! Every time I have been I have had the BEST experience. My daughter loves all the cool play houses. I had no idea how much she really did enjoy our cupcake workshop until she seemed just a little bummed that I booked us for only a slime workshop today without any cupcake decorating. She still had a great time with the slime though and luckily for us they had cupcakes we could take home and decorate! We were even able to buy both of her favorite colors in icing to take with us and were able to keep the fun day going once we got home and do something fun (and so yummy) together. This place really has it all. The family that owns it literally could not be any more kind than they already are. You can tell how passionate they are about creating and maintaining such a fun place for kids to come and have fun and be creative. Could not recommend this place enough!

Edit 2: I attempted to reach out to the owner to clarify her accusations that I’m somehow telling people to leave negative reviews, and I would have been more than willing to have a conversation but she has blocked me. Edit: for the owner lol, the original post in moms of Mechanicsburg is not mine, you can’t post anonymously and then comment as yourself. No where have I said others should leave bad reviews. I stand by my review because this is so wildly unprofessional I will never patronize this business. Please provide proof I’ve told anyone to review your business negatively before accusing me of such. As someone who used to work in reviews the #1 rule is to provide an email to resolve issues privately, not lash out publicly in review comments.
