They have no idea of authentic Indian food. Bunch of IT guys doing moonlighting and running this as side business to make quick money. I see the owner working on laptop and doing IT work. I never had this worst andhra chicken curry and worst made crispy popad naan. Oh my god that Idly, i cannot gorget that shape. Onion pakkoda is just floating on the oil.

Worst buffet and one better thing is the white rice and daal.

Instead of improving the quality on customers review… you guys decided to abuse the customer. I had the guts to tell one of the owner on his face that the food was horrible when i paid for that worst food. Better improve your quality instead of hiding like this.

Next i will come up with more proofs once you guys respond.

We had an tasty food on Christmas day lunch buffet and they accepted happily for 25 people seating arrangement upon same day request . Good south indian food around mechanicsburg.

We visited this place on the way home, the new year buffet was good but by the time we reached by 2.15pm, some items weren't replaced, when we were getting out the desert station were being filled. The idli and sambhar was excellent. Needs improvement on buffet replacements in a timely manner.

Very very bad customer service. The employees are extremely racist also they treat customers horribly. Treating people bad is not a great trademark in the field of food service industry where you interact with customers on daily basis. I wouldn’t recommend eating here

Surprised to see 4.7 rating of this restaurant as well. Had been there for the buffet and found the service a little slow and unresponsive. The dishes aren’t replenished once they are over for quite sometime. Service was a little slow I understand this could be since they are understaffed. Mysore Bonda was good but not sure if it was a frozen one and fried for us. The palak paneer was decent however the paneer was hard and chewy not living up to expectations.

This is not the real Kritunga. The spice level is barely 10% of what it should be. I ordered a spicy biryani, but what I got felt more like dessert. Even in an American restaurant, this wouldn’t qualify as spicy. Nalan is far better. I gave one extra star for guy standing at front. P.S raita is sweet milk!!

Food quality was substandard. Ordered one paneer curry ,malai kofta and plain naan.
None of the items were palatable.
Google reviews looks to be paid as 4.7 average star rating of a restaurant with substandard food and atmosphere is not fathomable.
They had a party booking and the music was blaring loud which was not bearable for dine in customers.
