My wife and I visited for the first time one evening around 6:30pm. The gentleman greeted us politely and took us to a quieter room in the back. The food was hot and fresh. I saw someone come out from the kitchen several times to refresh the selection. The server cleared our plates and checked on us throughout our meal to see how we were doing. There was some calm music playing. Even though we could not understand the lyrics it still set a nice relaxing atmosphere. I plan to return!

One star because zero stars is not an option. Food was terrible. Long lines that moved super slow. Then overcharged for crablegs for mother's day and my family didn't even get any because of the overcrowded restaurant. Server was nice 🤷🏿♂️

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I attended mothersday 5/11/25. It's a automatic upcharge because they we're apparently serving crab legs that we never stood a chance getting. And when you ask about it since their charging you for it they ignore you. The food was not hot. It was hard and most times the pans were left with old food. When checking out we asked why we're getting charged for food we didn't get they said they don't monitor people. So we paid over 130 dollars for the bare minimum and crappy service this was my families first and last time there. Would NOT recommend especially for any special occasions

No sure what changed but plates not clean. The receptionist is not presentable wearing gym clothing. Guided us to our table , he shook his head when we preferred an other table away from the growd. Chicken food is cold. I ordered tea. Later my wife wanted to taste tea so I asked for another cup, waitresses tried to charge me for an additional cup perhaps I have a cap and a pot

My family and I visited on Easter. The buffet was very limited and half of the pans weren't filled up. It seemed like the food was sitting there all day because it was cold and dried out. They charge $20.99 because of the crab legs but it still wasn't worth the price in my opinion. Wasted $108 plus tip.

We got there around 4ish, so at the start of the dinner service. One would think the food would be fresh. One would be wrong. There was a very large roast beef, overdone. The General Tsos Chicken was inedible with a mushy coating and tough, stringy chicken. The very large crabs next to the beef should have been appetizing, but they were hacked in half, with the dark goop inside covering any appetizing meat. Crab legs would have been a preferable option.
While there were many dishes, nothing was particularly good, with everything that should be crispy tasting mushy, and everything else just soaking in sauce. Even the hibachi grill area was just okay, with steak missing from the options and the rice noodles cold and hard.
The steamed clams were good, though, as was the Crab Rangoon.
The service was attentive and friendly.
We would not return. As we drove home down the Carlisle Pike, we pointed to every restaurant on the way, stating how even the least of them would have been better.
