Got a Chicken Big Mac and a 10pc nugget. The nuggets were fine but the the chicken in the Big Mac was OVERCOOKED COMPLETELY!! HARD LIKE A ROCK!!!! Beware!!!!!!!

Waited 20+ minutes for 2 happy meals and a big Mac that never came.There were 9 employees literally just bumping into each other like confused Roombas. Asked for a refund which took another 10 minutes and had the GM simply baffled. Paid with a credit card and got back cash which isn't a big deal but I would of rather had it returned in the method in which I paid. I'm not sure what is going on at this location but it desperately needs solid leadership and direction!!!

I ordered the new chicken Big Mac… and got regular Big Mac. I tried to call them 8 times and never answered. This is crazy. I don’t like the Big Mac. It was terribly built
I had ordered a large coffee 7 cream 7 sugar and it was given black and when I asked for it to be corrected they gave me packets and creamers and I said no thanks it wasn't ordered black and manager said oh well and turned her back on me because they were busy and tried to tell me since I brought back to counter they can't add to it, it's on me in a huff! How rude, I added it wasn't ordered black again and she just said have a nice day and walked away. I'm the customer and her attitude was awlful...! I should of got her name and reported this to corporate but I was on my way to a business meeting and couldn't be late so she got away with it, but I won't let it happen again for sure. I ordered a large menu at McDonald's, and they completely messed it up. This isn’t the first time either—poor service and wrong items have become the norm. I expect better from a fast-food giant. It’s unacceptable! If they can’t get a simple order right, what’s the point? Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Drive through is usually dead, unless it's around lunch or dinner times. Employees aren't always the nicest. Food can be hit or miss with temperatures and quality. Multiple times I've come here, they haven't given me part of my order and would not replace/refund the item. It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. You're not going there for quality, you're going there to eat your guilty pleasure food.

It's been nearly 10 minutes waiting in line for 2cars and I ordered 2 mcdoubles. They had the first car, second and third pull up, myself included. Gonna be late for work. This place sucks. And I worked for McDonald's. This fast food is a joke. DO. NOT. COME. HERE!! Save yourself the trouble.

This is the second time we went and got a chocolate milkshake and my daughter said it tasted awful. She wasn't wrong. There was a very bad after taste. The fries were good.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 10 mins then watched cars in the other line get their orders in guy finally comes back and gives attitude when I give short curt responses. I'll take my business to WENDY'S from now on.
