Okayy so, i dont ever write bad reviews bc i know customer service jobs are tough but my parents were ordering from the drive through while i was on the phone with them. The lady taking the order was sooo rude she was not trying to help them order at all bc they were having hard time ordering happy meal. She kept saying “what kind do you want” she could’ve been like this are the options we have for happy meal instead she goes look at the screen” “read the screen” what if they cant read?? Plus you cant even see everything on the screen. My parents were trying their best to order but the way she talked was unacceptable. Yall gotta do something about that employee. I asked my parents to get her name but the guy working there wouldn’t tell them the name of girl but this is not it.

I can give below one rating to the lady and the other guy who is working over there . They don’t know how to handle a customer properly. She cant even tell her name as i want to complaint. She might be scared to tell her name as i said i will complain for the behavior she showed. 4/4/2024 7:04pm .The store manager should definitely take action on them. They did not even take my order lol what a joke of ppl working there specially the lady who takes order and the guy.

Every single time I waited more than 20 minutes I saw lots of employees but service I noticed was too weak, I found incomplete orders too. In drive thru
I've never had an issue with this location (as I only go in there for breakfast or Coffee. Today, I was drinking my coffee & I felt something weird in my mouth. Come to find black bits in my coffee that are all over the bottom. Granted, this could be coffee, but the little bits are hard! I had to throw it away- thank God it was only a dollar..

Drive-thru woman is rude. You pull up and the window says “will you be using the mobile app today?” I say “yes”. The next thing that happens is she will ask what you want to order, keep in mind, NEVER asking for the mobile code.When you pull up to pay, and provide the code, she gets visibly upset because the code wasn’t provided at the order screen. So how do I provide the code, when she never asks? It’s only this one woman, works the breakfast early lunch shift.Either ask for the code at the order screen or stop complaining when I provide it at the payment window!!
